This was a nice surprise, thanks Matt. My gaming actually increased with our COVID-19 effort. Lockdown record 3 weeks in: A) Played Diplomacy - for the first time since 1994 - managed to get 7 players together for 2 games of Diplomacy (friends / family in 4 different cities) - used WhatsApp / jDip combination 2 moves per day. B) Tabletop Simulator used for the first time (downloaded it 9 months ago) - *Pandemic COVID* (brilliantly done by the way), with TTS's voice communication - some audio feedback however (1 game, it being a legacy kinda game) C) Played *Wingspan* - incl. European expansion - without removing the shrink wrap from the boxes ;-) ... Used Tabletopia DLC and Discord for communication with my son and his friends in 3 different cities. First time online with Tabletopia and also first Discord use (3 games). Still need to play (also in shrinkwrap) *Gaia Project* and *Robinson Crusoe* - got the latter two based on CS's gr(e)ater comparison. All of the best with expanded family!
Nice going Franz! I had some fun doing diplomacy via facebook with a gamesmaster sending out a MSPaint map every few days a couple of years ago :p It's a good game to play remotely! I think if anything it's the baby that's really gotten in the way of my game playing. Hope you enjoy Gaia Project and Robinson Crusoe! They are both reputed to be excellent solo
Hi Matt, greetings and congratulations from Germany! We‘re currently in our fifth week of lockdown, so my friends and I have relocated our board games and RPG to Steam‘s Tabletop Simulator. Currently, we play „Dead of WInter“, „The Last Bastion“, „Jaipur“. Surprisingly, „The Mind“ plays well on TTS, too (even without Webcam). „Pandemic“, however, is currently not the most popular game. I guess it stirs fear in the people. But all in all we manage. My gaming table may not be as kraut-ed as before but we keep in touch via Discord all the same. ^^ Stay safe, stay healthy!

I haven't got much gaming in apart from D&D over discord. The annoying this is I had my kickstarter editions of Endangered and Oceans turn up. I don't know when I'll get to play them!
Some advise from someone who just had a kid last year. You will not have much time at the beginning, you will be helping out the Mrs. quite a bit and that's alright! You may have a quick few moments to yourself to play something, ANYTHING OH PLEASE, but keep it simple maybe some That's so clever on your phone, or Ascension, those kept me busy. After a few months you will start to feel more comfortable with your newly found schedule and might be able to play something nice with your wife at the table while you take turns holding the kid :). Everything with the Covid-19 stuff definitely makes it harder to see other people and it's okay to be concerned for you and your family. You guys have a lot of nice content so far and if you need to be a good dad for a bit, you take the time to do so. People will slowly watch more videos on this channel as they all wait for the world to get better and whenever you guys can get back to things you'll have quite a few ideas for some more episodes by then. Don't let this channel give you any anxiety. You have enough on your plate. Keep your heads up and we will always be here watching.
Thanks James! I really appreciate the advice and support! I've certainly been having lots of ideas for stuff I want to make. The little one's sleep patterns are starting to settle down now too which will hopefully mean I can do a bit more writing again. :D
Player 3 has entered the game - congratulations on the new little one!
Thanks Darren! :D

Good to hear you're still playing regularly! I'm constantly amazed by The Mind. What a wonderful game!
I wish to complain about the lack of Jaffa cakes in the list of snacks!
I wouldn't dare impose on your supply by purchasing any

Another great video! And congratulations on the wee bairn!
Thanks so much Michael!
Awesome, thank you for the funny uplift!
Our pleasure!

This is the worst time for Kickstarters to arrive!
Good to see you back!
Own up, the part with the masks was just to handle a particularly bad nappy change, wasn't it? I remember the explosive ones :-)
I need to get one of those face shields next...
