@@bornintherain Those credits weren't there at the time I wrote the comment. The original is both played and sung, as is the later great version by Edith Piaf. And as music and lyrics are worked out together, not just superposed once they are both ready, you need to fairly credit everyone involved.

She does give credit to Angel Cabral as the original composer. Since this is an instrumental there is no need to give credit to the lyricist.
