    Nice easy access for a service. 👍I built a set of wooden platforms out of 2x6 as a base for truck ramps . One under each wheel. Good solid base and gives me lots of room for using a creeper under the machine with no worries of it falling. Saves the back and knees. Also easy to store when not needed.

    You need to pull the cvt cover off blow out your clutch. They take in a lot of dust!👍

    Thanks Roland. Your timing on this video couldn't be better! Lol. I'll re-watch it in a few weeks. 👍

    Great video, I was kind of annoyed when taking the filter off and the oil making a mess. It was suggested using some sheet plastic like from a folder and us that it funnel the oil away. Perhaps next change I will try it.

    I just finished changing mine at 198 miles. No crush ring. I shined a flash light, and didn't see one. Then I took a picture to make sure. It has one now though

    I have the same machine, and almost complete with my break in period. I need to adjust my shifter linkage, as it jumped out of high and did a brief grinding noise when I started to move. I stoped, walked around and inspected the machine, then when I put it back in gear everything was normal. My question is: what is the procedure to get at and adjust the shifter linkage in the 2023 CFMoto 950 HO EX?. TIA

      Never done it yet but I read someone took the passenger side panel off the middle console to access the shifter linkage.

      I only wash with water and soap. On the trail I bring a water bottle with a hand pump

    Question? I just purchased 2022 950 sport. How do I access the tool kit and funnel under the drivers seat? For the life of me I can’t figure out how to remove or get under the seat. Thanks.

    • @FANATICALSIDERIDER
      @FANATICALSIDERIDER  ปีที่แล้ว

      The drivers seat has 4 bolts that must be removed. My tool kit was in the glove box and the funnel is under the hood

      Thanks so much, mine are under the seat but I will get them and find a better place to store them.

    Do they really expect you to change the crush ring each time you change the oil? Oh, and I now have 70 miles on my new Zforce 950 Ho. Quite happy with it so for. Except for one thing. I can’t find a wiring diagram for it anywhere. Do you have any idea where I can get my hands on one?

    • @FANATICALSIDERIDER
      @FANATICALSIDERIDER  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I mean if it's not over used I think the crush ring can be reused. But if you have a new ring, why not use it. I don't know where you can find a wiring diagram.

    Looks like CFMOTO uses the same oil filter in pretty much all of their machines. Simple that just 1 of the things that make this brand stand out from the rest.

      Yep same oil filter in all their models from a 400 to 1000cc. They all have the same Primary now to and all same Secondary Clutch. Secondary clutches have been same but now the Primaries are as well , just a difference in the Spring and weight on Primary now. Mid last year they made the Z800 that way even , it was always wet clutch , now it's Dry like the rest. Even the Rocker arm assemblies on Heads of the 500 are same as the Z800 up to 2021 , after that I'm not 100% sure without checking part numbers
