47:06 Bombastisch 🎉😂 Ich habe ziemlich gelitten , hatte fast 3 Monate zangspause (war ständig erkältet 😢) und ich merke wirklich das ich eine Menge aufholen muss , damals hätte ich dein Workout mittlerweile mit mehr Leichtigkeit gemacht . Hoffe habe die Form bald wieder !!! Hat Spaß gemacht aber zwischenzeitlich war ich auch sehr wütend 😅😂🎉❤ Bist die beste 😘

( and I’m just starting this journey stopped now I’m back ) I love it’s thank you give me a run fah my money !
