It's the GBA port of the great SNES Game from 1994 released in 2003.
Meantime after SNES (1994) and GBC (2000/2001) the third version of Donkey Kong Country (1).
In contrast to SNES and GBC has the game with this a new mini game (the Funky Minigame was already in GBC)
and the DK Attack where you can collect a lot of points for good grades.
Will you see more? Go to the Donkey Kong Wiki.
This is the COMPLETE game 101% without getting damage.
Sorry I even now and then go back for the things I've forgotten.
Thanks to GameKirby (for submit the Playlist) & smoke072 (for the Walkthrough Playlist) for help. - เกม
I swear this seemed like 4K back then
Only, it looked and sounded worse than the SNES original but still played the same.
Our eyes aren’t used of seeing true art
It looks better on a gba
You probably dont care but if you're stoned like me atm you can stream all the new movies on InstaFlixxer. Have been streaming with my brother these days =)
@Oscar Angelo definitely, I've been using instaflixxer for months myself :D
This was the first videogame I have ever played childhood memories.
same expect it was SNES version
+AwesomeBowserManny *except
me to the very first game i played i think i was 3
+Lane Rivera i played it since I was 3 or 4 or 5 I don't remember
Same
One of the best games I used to own and play when I was 6. Sometimes I played it in my room, at my backyard, at the park, and sometimes during bedtime before school. I just never thought I was a luckiest kid to be part of this Nintendo hysteria back then.
i’m exactly the same. everything u said omg ahaha
Word bro. It was a lovely game. And the mini games in it were so good too. What a superb system the GBA SP was.
The GBA version of DKC is awesome, too bad that this version is so under rated !@@rohitsalve9326

Oh these are some pretty advanced bananas

No you can’t you’ll get bored eventually lol
@@luisvazquez7653well if your tastes are as basic as yours, then yeah
I remember in 2004 or something like that. My dad had brought me to Walmart and got me a Gameboy along with this game. I lost both of these a long time ago. I still remember the memories though.
Still got mines from 2002 and saving money for a full restoration
Omg I miss that beginning of a gba game where it says game boy
You can still see it on the DS. If the Game Boy Advance pak is inserted.
That’s one of the best parts! Hearing the click of turning the power switch on, and then, in the dead of night with a light next to you, the logo shows up :)
I feel like the sound effects and extras in the GBA version make it so much better

This game gave me soo much memories
25:47 Warping the level with style!
Nice addition to this classic!
To me it will be really worthy playing the entire game again to check the changes and additions to the gba version!!
this was my entire childhood ever.
Adding the voices from Donkey Kong 64 to the GBA series was one of the best decisions ever made in my opinion. This is probably why I’ll still play this over the SNES version.
Like which sounds for example?
Also i like the colors alot better too, even if its a bit too low contrast
Being able to save at any spot on the world map and all the new content is another reason.

You know shit started to get real in Blackout Basement.
Nah shit got real in Rope Bridge Rumble
Do you see this here, at 25:16? It's a tip from Cranky about a level in Monkey Mines. The tips for the entire game have been fixed? Heck yeah!
This game was when I dexided DK would be my spirit animal. Love this Gorilla. 🦍
Gasp! Doth mine eyes deceive me, or does the Level Warp foreground use the ice-cave textures of DKC2?
25:50
I've had this game for years and I had never knew that there was these other sections of the game
This is my childhood ❤
My childhood 😭
2:22:37 I found that really funny when I was little 😂😂😭
This game was so good man
Damn hearing that drum intro again made me happy
fantastic one
This brings back so many memories playing this game
I never played the gba version. I noticed how it didn't turn nighttime at the end of Jungle Hijinks or how it didn't stop raining and turn daytime at the end of Ropey Rampage like the SNES version. Limitations I guess. Still a solid looking game, nonetheless.
At least it rains in Ropey Rampage unlike the GameBoy Color version...it's also at night in the SNES original, in the GameBoy Advance it's just a rainy afternoon.
Throwback to my childhood
My favorite levels are the under the water looks so real.
Stfu
Just recently got a GBA SP just to play this game again 🤘
lol i did
SAME I started playing my sp to get into the nostalgia hype
This is so impressive, no damage run.
I remember when this first came out. I couldn't believe Nintendo would actually just up and release DKC on the GBA when they had literally released it on GBC years prior.
I love donkey Kong country for the snes and happy when I bought it for the gba sp they didn’t change it they did add some mini games to it but this game is great and the graphics are amazing for a snes game still a masterpiece.
Brings back memories
This game was so fun as a kid I wish I could play it again😭
Well if you wanna pay for nintendos eugine krabs like prices they have snes games on there and dkc1,2,3 are on there
Download a emulator for your phone
@Elliott Massaquoi I downloaded a GBA emulator called: ultragba.......... it is a very comfortable emulator, even playing the 3 donkey Kong country advance is not as tedious as in other emulators.
@Elliott Massaquoi PD:sorry for my bad English
My first game ever on GBA. c':
Too bad I lost it. :'(
You can download a GBA emulator for PC and for Android smartphone as well. There're many GBA ROMs to choose from.
I lost that cartridge when I was moving out from my own home.
Yeah check my channel i can give you emulator link no lags at all
This was literally the first video game I ever played, and is by FAR my favorite.
I’ve been teaching myself to play Mindcart Madness blindfolded. When I was a kid, I learned to play it one handed and I found that I always jumped at certain parts of the music. I’ve almost been able to make it halfway every time. Sometimes I make it to the checkpoint barrel and sometimes I get really close to it and take an extra jump where I don’t need to resulting in screwed up timing and missing the barrel completely.
SAME. favorite level by far
wow
Nothing but memories here good times.
the sounds are amazing haha
Omg so many memories
Jesus christ im 6 years old again..
Omg childhood memories
My childhood is here
this version was actually really good
Cranky's Tips were fixed in this one, right? In the SNES original, he just gave tips for Kongo Jungle, regardless of where you found him.
@@Mike14264 i'm not sure about that, but i'm sure he gave tips for other places too
@@kaptainskurvy6981 aight, cool!
Had no idea this was on gba too, i had the GBC version which looked kinda meh compared to the og snes version but mini games were kinda fun
Childhood game... Got this game for my 12th birthday
This was my first Donkey Kong game.
Wooow memories
The last to use Rareware in 2003 in Gba after the Next logo Called Just Rare
Thanks for that info! I'm going to buy this game for my Rare Studio collection
First game when I get the GBA SP my console still alive

Oh une Française qui a de très bons goûts en JV ça fait plaisir ça ! La version GBA de DKC est excellente, tellement sous cotée par rapport à la version originale.
interesting, it has title images for the bonus like 2 and 3
From the back of the paddy wagon
Crazy that the Super Nintendo still had better graphics than the gba even after the huge time gap.
Yes, I use to have this game and game system
Donkey Kong Country was released on August 7, 1994.
Curiosamente, este fue el primer juego de Rare lanzado después de haber Sido comprada por Microsoft
Donkey Kong Country 3 was released on November 1, 1996.
There are 3 versions of Donkey Kong Country. The SNES original game, the Gameboy color version, and the Gameboy advance version.
Sonic 3D Blast was released on November 1, 1996.
i love 💕 this game 😭but it was broken in fighting 😭i miss it
Fighting?

Fantastic game!!!!

Я помню каждый уровень в этой игре. Моя любимая игра на геймбое.
It was released on November 16, 1997.
The ending music in Donkey Kong Country it’s a sad music it makes me cry
rw:A student back in Chandler highschool in AZ asked me if i played video games ,and i said yes then he gave me the GBA version of DKC and next thing you know i ended up playing it and enjoyed it and tbh it was my 1st time ive played DKC on the GBA ^_^(Good Times)
My childhood
The scrolling is a bit shakey.. wonder if I should go with the GBColor instead
I don't know why Rare re-ordered some of the stages in the GBA version from the original.
I forgot this version of Donkey Kong Country exists
oh..my..god...you cant understand what this activated in my brain... feelings and memories of probably my first gba game i played in 2005 on my advance sp...when i think of this era i only say donkey kong and pokemon emerald...just wow
So sad that I lost this game...
For years, i didn’t liked the GBA version of DkC ,but recently i must admit that despites the overbrighted colors & zoomed in graphics, there’re some small improvements to it ,such as rotating DK letters, or you see dropping feathers when you kill those birds, or you see a frontground layers such as in the underwater levels, mine care levels, temple levels, and those jungle levels etc,,, also some bugs were fixed, also despites many sounds are not correct, especially in the music department with mostly incorrect instruments ,but i must say that there’re many new and extra sound effects wich are not only nice but it fits well to the game and/or they are of higher quality., i also must admit that i do like the animated zoomed in worldmap screens,, all these enhancements do makes me jalous why the snes version lacks all these extras, i first tout it coun’t be any better, but the GBA version proves me wrong .
casiotechI lol true.
I remember having this game but i don't remember really playing it maybe because i was too bad for it lol
I actually prefer the soundtrack of this over the SNES. Probably because of my bias for my love of full on music and against atmospheric music. (SNES focused heavily on atmosphere, GBA focused on music)
Hi. I suscribe your channel. Like
4k moment🥶👌
Those are some HUGE bees!! 😂
They ported this game perfect
nintendo at it’s finest
Rare was the one who actually developed and ported the game, Nintendo did publish it though.
Aquatic Ambience Sounds Perfect ! Need this on GameBoyPlayer ASAP !
NOSTALGIA
I played this game with my eyes closed and lost every single time i did close my eyes

Is it me, or does DK have a glowing scwang?
That's the mouth of the Kremling icon on the map
Wish there were dialogue and cutscenes on the snes
2:20: This is how you start
14:10 has a very funny noise
So they really were purple!
Yo jugaba ese juego con el game boy y de mi primo y ahora juegos de versión de Super nintendo qué sigue siendo un clásico 2019 los 2
Cogemos
This is way too dopejosee likeable
I had no idea this game existed. I don't think it's on any Wikipedia or Mario wiki lists that I've read. I just thought they had the donkey Kong land games for handheld.
All 3 Donkey Kong Country games were remade for GameBoy Advance, most with new stuff added extra, Donkey Kong Country 3 has a new soundtrack and a new world added in, this game and DKC 2 are much closer to the SNES originals.
