I mean, if this is a genuine question, I’d say it’s because of nerfs to Skye, Nyx, Inara and Furia. With Skye now dealing less HP% damage Vora is arguably a better tank melter with her mobility and cripple, and the two biggest bullet sponges having their sustain cut and Cherish no longer healing a single target as much as it used to means it is now feasible for a high burst flank to kill a tank even while they’re being healed. Saati’s coin talent buff also makes squishier flanks like Evie and Andro (and poor Skye again) less preferable when dealing with her. Vora has a lot of innate self-sustain so she’s perfect for dealing with coin damage which doesn’t apply cauterize
