you will be HAPPY with the DC5 Eco. I am in love with this copter since I bought it myself weeks ago :) who needs leds? latest time when you have to replace something after a crash... it gets complicated... DC5 Eco.... easy to repair, very accessible
@@Tobi123Tobs Can it do some mild freestyle even though its a DC frame? Like when I punchout on my 4s quads I do not get enough air/hang time to do for example a long juicy flick
@@FrankFPV it IS a freestyle copter. Just watch Rimzler Video about DC5 Eco and you will see 😊 I totally can go freestyle. Of course you feel it using an action cam, but still it can do freestyle. For super crazy freestyle maybe fly without action cam, but I do it all the time freestyle with action cam 👍
I've only seen forged carbon being used on one other frame and that was StingerSwarms X-Hover Stingy frame several years ago. Really like the look of this quad, I don't normally buy RTF quads but I'm seriously considering getting one of these.
Hey Rimzler! Been a little minute since Ive bugged you :P How did you find this one flew? Im bored and want to build a 5" DC drone but Im worried about the weight of this one ....
I have reviewed the V1 with caddx vista, not V2, but probably it will be very similar to this, I believe the eco version is the best due to lower price and very similar performance while being lower weight and simpler to service
What drone should I do coming from an Avata? Ideally one I can repair, uses o3, controller 2, and goggles 2 maybe 3 if i read correctly that they work with o3.
@@Rimzler i want me to more involved in making content with work following off-roading trucks going under 70 mph but also want to get involved in helping friends in real estate.
is the mobula series compatible with eachine ev100 fpv and radio master pocket ELRS cc2500 sorry im new to fpv and i wanna prac5ive with a tiny whoop before i wreck my avata2 🤣 Boom! 💥
Any analog drone will be compatible with eachine ev100, as for the elrs radio you have to get a drone with a compatible receiver, I guess you have 2.4ghz Look for a drone with analog and 2.4 elrs, will be compatible!
crazy drone for sure, good looking...but for me it is more a "toy" than a serious copter :) of course, if you have the money... why not... guess compared to your friends around you will have the most interesting copter to look at :) the darker the day, the more interesting ;)
Forged carbon is trash. Literally. It is broken carbon fiber chunks assembled into "plywood". The whole reason to use carbon fiber in the first place is its torsional rigidity. The internal fibers have to run the full length of the parts, in the direction that they will be loaded. In forged carbon none of the fibers run the full length of any of the parts, not even close. They aren't even trying. A well designed drone will have STARTED with all the parts intended to be cut in a very spasific orientation. The designer will consider the strength of the fibers, correctly and intentionally oriented, when they decide how thick the part should be. Forged CF does not have good torsional rigidity, and the arms and other plates of the frame will break MUCH more easily. This product is only a shelf queen. And real freestyle use and it'll splode'🎉😢😮
Looking at the frame where the emboss happens, it looks like the internal structure is classic mesh carbon, the carbon flakes are only found in top and bottom layer and are for cosmetic purposes! Anyway yes, it's like the Mansory version of a 5inch
What do you mean not covered good? Like the camera is bulging out of the front? That's to avoid getting the frame in view, but yes could be a tiny better
This thing is a steal on aliexpress currently. have 5 dji 03 quadcopters on the way from there 3 of which are builds . Hit the 60 quadcopter mark now sadly due to perhaps ocd buying .
@@Rimzler U probably have 60 too being u review so many. Yea my hobbyroom i hate being in as i get instant anxiety looking around as its so stuffed with 40 guns, 40 offroad rc, 60 quadcopters, few planes, ammo reloading setup .
You should do a video on how you change your rates directly from the goggles. I have not seen that yet.
Thanks for your very objective review. You’re right, a drone is made for fly and not to stay for exhibition !
I want to see weight go down ahahhaah
Happy I ordered the DC5 ECO, although this one looks amazing as well!
Perfect choice, is my favorite so far!

This looks awesome. I like the fact that those parts are 3d printed instead of injection molded. Molded parts usually break more, tpu has some give.
Well you can mold rubber like parts as well, just look better if that's the vibe they were going for?
@@Rimzler that's true, I didn't even think of that. In that case injection molded is wayyy better. Haha. My brain is at about 65% most of the time.

Less is more in this game. A stripped-down model will always outperform. Physics rules.
Agree, Don't need side covers, I want to see companies focusing on more lightweight material and designs, and useful stuff
Or if anything, offer a "bling/led" versionand a "performance" version :D @@Rimzler
Boom!!! Love it.
what's about temps ? for o3 vtx for example
What is the other drone you showed at the end of the video??
Hi how can you change the Rate with using the goggles 5:59

It looks like the controller you are using is from DJI FPV? If so, what is the configuration of the drone so I can buy it?
With dji goggles and controller you have flight normal mode for landing or no..????
Grande andre 🤘🤘🤘
Have you ever reviewed the evoque f5 v2?

Hello friend, is this Drone as strong as the Iflight Nazgul Evoque?
Feels a tiny bit more powerful, motors and propellers probably, but it's also heavier
I saw that they have X frame also, but the price of the drone is 625 USD, quite expensive.
I love the looks of this drone
I was on my way to websites to order and then you mentioned the sd card thats a deal breaker i am sorry thats a fail 😢
Yep, that's such a shame, but chatting with axis flying they took notice and I believe they are making changes!😍

That's a pimped out drone. Lol. Nice review!
Ahahhaha new series: Pimp my drone😂😂
forged carbon is not as strong, looks cooler sure, but it needs to take a hit, or two ... hundreds rather than look pretty :)
I believe it's only the top layer tho, because some parts are embossed and is full black inside, with regular twills, so only cosmetic
@@Rimzler a good looking compromise.
