Jesse olivar the low ones are really hard to catch, and it's so frustrating that there is very few tutorials on it. You need to swing your first leg a bit more towards yourself and wait on the arm you jump off. To catch it you have to have the first leg in front of you and the second leg kicks towards yourself. That's the best i can give you unfortunately.
