I remember this case cause I somehow watch jj outside of this channel😂 anyways suing a midwife cause she’s not there is like suing your obgyn for not delivering your baby when there’s other doctors in their group and someone else is on call. It doesn’t make sense. It would also make alot of sense being from one day to the next. People don’t have their babies the same day the come in anymore, not as often as way back then
I think JJ has pause because she doesn't think that labors can be that long... Although I think the midwife may have had her days mixed up, they can be that long and because of the long timing (whether it happened that morning or the day before) is why the client ended up at the hospital.
My labor was so hectic that I gave birth in a suit with another woman giving birth right next to me (Lester Hospital Okinawa Japan). Mind you there were 8 other women giving birth in 7 other suites. So 9 of us were in labor at the same time.
Maybe it's just me but whenever it comes up, I always wonder what's so exciting about bath birth in this time and age. I'm yet to interact with someone who has had the experience. I reside outside the US & it's not a common thing in my place.
Giving birth in an office birth centre 😮id want a hospital with drs and special care unit incubators operating theatre and for free like we all have in the uk
Just give birth to a hospital. These ridiculous bath tub baby births are whack. The baby has been in water for 9 months already...it needs normal birth!!
I had the same dr for both my pregnancies and each time a different dr delivered.
Yay! JJ lets gooooooooooo ❤

Interesting Midwifery
She hasn’t met people like me who labored for 5 days, 4 at home 1 in hospital.
…Judge Judy doesn’t understand that 4:50am is Jan 22nd to 7pm is still Jan 22nd
Lunch crew checking in. I hit play just as I started shoveling split mung bean soup.
Whenever I see anybody getting a glass of water it cracks me up....
I gave birth at home. All the midwife’s at the center had at least a bachelors degree but most had masters or doctorates.
I'm interested is seeing where this case goes.
anything and everthing were this LADY CAN SUE AND GRAB A MONEY.SHE WILL DO EVERTHING, LORD.

A certified nurse midwife is an advanced practice provider. He/she must have a master's degree in nursing and then attend midwifery school in Ohio.

Mid-whiffery? Is that the right term lol
I wouldn't have chose a birth center that has been open for a year. I'm going to need 5 years plus. Red flag!
Lilltle known fact, she named her baby Elvira
Yikes! Elvira had a baby!
