Search for "CS 1.6 Beta + Steam 2.0 Beta", they released that launcher first.

@@epicCoolgiytryhsrfsea Well obviously 2003 looks different from 2002. The January 2003 beta did have different menu buttons iirc.
Beta from early 2003 doesn't work on Windows 2003+ versions, so that's why it's September 2003 version of Half-Life engine.
