個人的にはムターより五嶋より諏訪内よりこの人の奏でる音楽が好き
オーディオ装置的には箱鳴りを抑えたホーン型ではない繋がりの良いスピーカーと無帰還無歪アンプで再生してみればそれぞれの違いがよく分かる
女性でありながら圧倒的なダイナミックレンジ感は彼女だけの才能。加えてビジュアル的にも淡々と演奏する姿がまたいい

やはり音楽祭で活躍をしている時だけは世界から注目を集めますが日本人のアーチスト達が能力が合っても海外でのコンサートを開いても残念ながらアジア人の差別が未だに根強くあり〜ヨーロッパやアメリカなどのお客さんの受けが良くなく現実的にはチケットが売れれません！！
一部の人達はオーケストラから招待をされて活躍をしている人もいますが～残念ながら長くは続きません。

Paganini was renowned for his difficult to play music, Sayaka the Genius makes it look easy,
It's so incredibly amazing to me how - during a time when there was virtually none of the pleasures we take for granted today - anyone could come up with such complex pieces of music; weaving major's and minor's, minor harmonic scales, solos done in octaves, single string solos... Those sweeping scales... It's mind boggling. And to imagine how truly tough life was for most people... Where he found the inspiration for such beauty -
Paganini las compuso para que solo él pudiera interpretarlas. Y casi lo logró. En mi criterio, el primero que logró la perfeccion Paganinesca, fué el rumano Grigorias Dinicu. Y luego Heifetz, Francescatti, Menuhin, Lysy, Perlman, Mintz, y esta maravilla oriental que deslumbra. Y hoy a Paganini lo podemos disfrutar . Me decía mi primer maestro de violín que Paganini en violín y Bach en claves, son ininterpretables. Y me parecía , por leer las partituras, que era cierto. Hoy veo que no. Se puede.

私は庄司さんのbasicなファンであると任じています。庄司さんのビバルディのRichterバージョンでは無く、オリジナルの四季の全演奏が聴きたいと切望しています。こんな何千万分の一のファンの声は届かないのでしょうが、極めて切迫した希望ではあります。Sutle nuance of each individual life に想いが届く庄司さんだと思いコメントしてみました。ストラディバリは少し大き過ぎるのかもですが、私はストラディバリを弾かれている時の音色、庄司さんの感情移入が取り分け好きです。ヘルダーリンの詩とハイデガーの存在と時間を齧って頂けたら嬉しいなと思います。
何にせよ、比類の無い宝石の様な若い演奏家であると思っています。

A wonderful performance by Sayaka Shoji as usual. Bravo!! A few observations: The conductor loses his place at 8:51 and the soloist is forced to adjust her tempo to accommodate the error; there are only 2 basses but 3 trombones; the cadenza is by Emile Sauret; Ms Shoji's harmonics in double stops in the third movement are exceptional except for a few glitches here and there; the orchestra part is very easy but it is very difficult to align all the entrances with the soloist because of all the rubato in the solo part.

"Bravo" is a Spanish Word. As an exclamation it has no gender. So when the public shouts it it isn't correct to say "brava" if the artist is a woman. The same word is also an adjective, and in this case the gender must be taken into account.
No, sorry, we cannot agree with that, largely on the grounds that the comment is in English, not Spanish. The commenter is not calling the violinist "brave" (and, inexplicably, in Spanish). "Bravo" is an English word, more or less equivalent to "kudos!" as an exclamation.
‘Bravo’ in this context, and in the wider artistic and performance context, is an Italian word, quite different from the Spanish meaning.
Therefore technically appears correct to refer to women as ‘Brava’ and man ‘Bravo’. But since it gets anglicised I can see the common form ‘Bravo’ prevailing for both sexes. Just know semantically might not be correct.
The most accomplished virtuosity (combined with musicality) I have EVER seen. It is very probable that Paganini himself couldn't play it (especially the cadenza) in such a breathtaking, perfect way.

Second best. Best: SHoji Sayaka. Honestly dude, we don't know that at all. There have been many prodigious violonists, why on earth would Paganini be "the best" (and even: "the best" doesn't make much sense, does it?). For one thing, we have not one recording of Paganini playing. I am almost sure there have been, and there are, "better" violonists than Paganini. Shoji Sayaka for example.

As usual the aura is felt in orthodox. The orchestra is also wonderful. I thought that the instruments were sweet and deeply deep sounds of Recamie's features. It is perfect for her.

"Paganini intended the Concerto to be heard in E-flat major: the orchestral parts were written in E-flat, and the solo part was written in D major with instructions for the violin to be tuned a semitone high (a technique known as scordatura) so that it would therefore sound in E-flat." Wikipedia. Over the years - the music was re-written for the orchestra in D Major.
Would love a professional violinists view on whether the difference would be noticeable, or indeed whether purists would prefer the original E flat Major vs D Major version Orchestra accompaniment

Beautifully done Ms Shoji! I have listened to various versions of Paganini's masterpiece and haven't been impressed by any other version other than by the late great Menuhin. I have now a #2 if you don't mind to Menuhin's piece.
I have always Loved listening to Paganini and find it hard to listen to anything else as i find the magic in the bow just isnt there and this young Lady is made to play paganini

Abbado is not as alert as he should be but this is one of Sayaka's best performances on TH-cam nevertheless.
Incredible virtuosity. Paganini himself would be impressed.
It is easy for the orchestra to make a wrong entrance before 17:38 so Sayaka helps it a little with a "subtle" cue. She gave them a cue at 8:51 as well but they were not alert enough to catch it.

Definitivamente este concierto es uno de los mejores que he escuchado en cuerdas, creo que insuperable el sentir sublime que genera la primera parte hasta el minuto 4, es lo mejor sin duda alguna .... no hay mas sentimiento tan emancipado e invencible, es realmente un aura magnetica, para la buena suerte, es sin duda lo mejor de toda la historia,,, es lo mejor, paganinni no podria haber sido mejor que esto.
Compara y escucha a Himari Yoshimura quedarás enamorada de ella. Tiene 12 años pero es una genia, no le cambia las melodía de Nicolo, como hacen otras artistas.

Al minuto 8.51 l'orchestra entre troppo presto e dà uno stress alla solista. Ma lei riguadagna presto e compensa l'errore in modo bravo. Questa battuta particolare richiede grande attenzione dal parte del direttore per dare il momento giusto all'orchetra per rientrare nel flusso correttamente. Sayaka Shoji suona in modo sovrano, il concerto non sembra essere difficile per lei.
I honestly always prefered this Violin Concerto to any of Beethoven's in terms of composition. Am I crazy!? (38:02 weird chord here though)
Beethoven's not known for violin music anyways. He's more for piano. The piano accompaniment of his violin sonatas is harder than the violin part.
Hm, well probably. Paganini is mainly, though not exclusively, virtuoso music and mainly for the violin. Beethoven is a totally other kind of composer. He wrote "absolute" music, for all kinds of musical settings and has a lot more depth than Paganini. Paganini's compositions are most of the time show pieces; Beethoven doesn't has this intention (luckily) and has a lot more richness to offer. Beethoven certainly would be the greater composer.
