I got these back in February, and the connectors in the bottom of the left esrbud ended up falling out or something, resulting in it unable to charge or turn off/on in/out of the case again. Fortunately, Tribit were understanding and gave me a full refund, and I didn’t even have to mail the earbuds back. So far, I’ve only seen a few reports of this sort of thing happening, so maybe I just got a bad pair while everyone else’s work without a problem.
