    Hello, I hope this feedback is perceived as constructive rather than complaining or entitled. I'd like to preface it by disclosing that I'm a yoga teacher with over 10 years teaching experience. I'm dealing with chronic anxiety and trying to find a guided meditation for support. I love your podcast and channel but finding the meditations distracting and ineffective due to the affectation of the narration - unnecessary slow speech and 'relaaaxxxx' voice. I was always taught to instruct meditation in a natural voice and, as a listener, I understand why. Unnatural speech is super-distracting, I find, counter-productive to relaxation. I realise not everyone will agree but this over the top slow-motion breathy form of instructing is so prevalent and, selfishly, I'm desperate for some quality instruction and for instructors to ditch this unnecessary technique and just speak in their normal voices. Thanku for listening.

    This is not a new meditation. Sounds familiar, it’s one that I have used. Slowed down, slightly different background music. Still, having difficulty sleeping.
