The SOP for XIMB is not very long. You need to finish it in less than 500 characters. What they are ideally looking at is how your career goals are aligned with the education provided at XIMB. You need to connect the dots from your past and tell them a good reason of why do you think XIMB will help you achieve your career goals. It can be becoming a brand manager or becoming a consultant or becoming a finance professional. But first you need to explain the reason of why do you want to get into these fields and how is it aligned with your past. Then you need to talk about why do you think XIMB will help you get there. SOPs are very unique and personal to everyone. Its not a good idea to take reference from anyone else. Be yourself and present YOUR story and YOUR reasons in the SOP.

Interviewer might ask you basics of stocks, recent news related to Indian stock market, how to pick good stocks, market cap of few big indian companies and things related to what you tell them your interest is. In the SOP, since you have a limit on characters, you can just mention that your interest in Financial market made you take up finance
It's very good. The average CTC for the batch of 2023 was above 20 lacs. There are just around 30 MBA colleges in India with an average CTC of above 20 lacs. XIMB is one of them. BM is their flagship course and it has been doing really well recently for consulting and marketing domains.
My XGMT EXAM IS ON 28TH OF JAN.. I BELONG FROM UP AND MY NEAREST CENTRE IS DELHI😅😅.. WHAT WILL BE THE EXAMNATION TIMING?? ANY GUESSES SO THAT I CAN BOOK MY TICKETS ON THE BASIS OF THAT🎉🎉
The exam will most likely be from 10 am till 12 PM (2 hrs) on 28th of January However to avoid any last minute changes its suggested that you book your return ticket late in the night.
Most likely you will not clear the sectional cutoffs. For 2022 the cutoff of Non Engineering Non Domicile male was 85 percentile in VA and 86 percentile Overall. I would recommend not to apply for XIMB. Even if the cutoffs are reduced it wont fall to 70-75 percentile range
8th December is the last day to apply. there is no notification from the college regarding extension of dates. So its better you apply before 8th Dec and dont wait for date extension. It may happen, it may not happen
Yes. Your interview questions may be around the SOP that you have written. They may ask you to explain the reasoning behind whatever you have written in the SOP
How is Ximb HR ? I got shorlisted for interview but people around me are criticizing its hr course

Compared to the flagship MBA course at XIMB, the Rural Management course is not that good.
Placements and opportunity wise IRMA is better than XIMB RM
