- IT'S THIS SIMPLE to get rid of PESKY RATS!
Rats get into your loft via the cavity walls of your home from the drains.
Pest control experts tell all in this exposé of bad pest controllers and bad drainage 'experts'!
If a pest control company tells you on the phone, "Our technician will do 3 visits and he will put poison down", please, please, PLEASE find a new pest control company!
We are not making the following facts up, these facts come from 16 years of dealing with rat infestations in peoples homes:
1. In 16 years Christan has only ever known 6 or 7 jobs where rats where getting into the house through a hole in the fabric of the building!
2. Only once has Christan known of rats climbing up inside a drain pipe to get to a loft. Even then it was a very old and rusty cast iron drain pipe (not a slippery plastic pipe).
3. Twice rats were climbing a tree or ivy to get into a loft.
4. Only one time has the rat being climbing up a wall to gain access to an attic (and then it was a very old building built of very rough large stones, not up smooth bricks.
So there you go, now you know how the Pest Interceptors do what they do and why they are the only Guaranteed for LIFE rat pest control company "IN THE WORLD"!
If you require our services please get in touch sooner rather than later because we now have a waiting list and it is a first come first served basis.

Your upload was perfect timing - just received my drain flaps (x2) and plan to install over the weekend, so thanks for showing me how straight forward it is!
@@charliepaynter good luck my friend.
They're brilliant.
The pest controller had rats broooo😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@Jake97x hilarious and yet a terrible thing for the industry. Sad state of affairs that’s for sure! 🫣
My wife went up into our loft: dirty, smelly, covered in cobwebs...but she's great with the kids.
😆😆😆
Whats the point of the flaps if they move in both directions as with the one demonstrated at the end? They can surely get out and also back in if it doesn't lock on the in direction?

2:06 that looks similar to the rentokill job they done here in my house and they left one of those traps in my attic.
Rentokill has refused to come do a proper survey and they're insisting the rats are coming from the sewer so they haven't come near me since February.
Hell the rentokill man didn't even go into my attic fully. He stood on his ladder and shone a light around my attic then claimed he couldn't see where the rats are coming from.
3:08 I was smelling boiled rotten cabbage for months I couldn't understand what it was coming from 😂
@@Steve30x sounds about right matey! It’s disappointing to say the least!

Interesting you live in the north of Ireland

This whole industry seems to be a trick to guarantee followup work 😂
We give a money back guarantee 🤷♂️
Mines mission impossible, i went up in the loft and i can see through to the end of the street. Good luck with that
@@foylad4862 we solve those problems all the time. Stop them at the source. You’ll see we do it repeatedly in our videos ✅

@PestInterceptors sound, i spotted a hole under the foundations, and there's a hole gnawed away on the corner of a window frame in the property below. I blocked the foundation one with chunks of rubble. Blocking my property will stop them getting in there, but i assume they have another 15 ways in at least all down the street.
There was also a circle drainage cover in the back garden that was removed. Ive replaced it

I’ve just had a little panic ☹️ my dogs just chased what was almost definitely a rat across the garden in front of me into a bush. After I’ve got rid of the bush (next to house) if I fill in any holes I find with 10mm shingle will that mean there’s potentially rat/s trapped in the house?
@@Jamie.S first fill the holes with soil.
Fill the holes completely. Leave for a few days.
If the holes reappear you will notice one of two things:
1. There will be lots of soil above the ground.
2. There is no soil above the ground.
If there is no soil above the ground it means that it’s been dug out from below.
This means that the soil has gone somewhere (usually the sewer/drainage). In other words, the rats aren’t coming from outside and digging down, they are coming from underground, which usually means they are sewer rats.
Decking at the back door is a bad idea encourages rodents
@@Emmalittlepengelly1690 correct, but the rats are usually under the deck because there’s a broken sewer pipe somewhere near. ✅
