That Caresmith attachment is for a smooth shave. after trimming you can use the other head to get a shave like a smooth finish. Just roll that on your body to get a smooth finish. I have also purchased this after you showed it previously.

The second attachment for caresmith one is used for a smoother finish..after trimming the hair with the first one you can use the smoother one to get a shave like finish
