straight from trackmania ahahah, it would be cool but idk if would actually work, trackmania is a deterministic game, f1 from what i know is not. on time trial maybe out of many simulations if output is legit and clean copy the results would be many similar runs with maybe one fully matching. even if it was possible (anyway i don't think so) the problem is that with a larger community they took years to extrapolate inputs from a 2008 game (TMNF) it would be impossible with F1 22
Yep, surely there’s steering’s and throttle traces they can pull. Input them back into a clean copy and you’ll see if that level of traction is possible
@@claxxz1 Trackmania approach unfortunately wouldn't work on F1 because of the physics as you said. But there's been a lot of... questionable stuff, specially in time trial. Two I can recall seeing people mention lately are him having the TT record at Suzuka by *a few tenths* even though the setups were identical to the person in 2nd place and there were corners in which his speeds were a lot faster than usual. The other one is him being ahead of a literal grip hacker (since the way they advertise is putting themeselves on top of the leaderboards). Even if we cant have a grip meter or something like that if you would analyse the diffirences. Surely you would fine that something doest add up. This is ofcourse the tracmania approche but it worked on that game why not try it out. History teach us that always a youngster showed up who start to outgrow the „old“ stars. But what trows a bit of a guestion mark over Ronhaars achievments, is that his laps are not quit clean, but still fast. Other drivers have also tiny mistakes in a lap but then you can see it on the stopwatch. Especially when the field is that close like in F1 Esports or PSGL.
I thought it was a bit weird when a rookie came in and just started challenging for race wins off the bat but just assumed those running official esports events were secure about stuff like that, clearly not. Gave him the benefit of the doubt since the game changed a lot this year but maybe that was wrong. Even more happy for Lucas knowing that he won it with grip hacks on the grid
Him being able to beat the best drivers in the game while missing all the apexes, all the drivers saying he's cheating and then he deletes his Q1 lap says enough imo. I think all the drivers who think he's cheating should just not drive for one or two races to show something needs to be done. There is money on the line and for alot of people this is their job.
Guys so to just make you all aware of how easy it is. You can literally modify Engine power, breaking power and grip live with Cheat Engine. This game doesnt even have an anti cheat.
Well, Spa was a hell of a race and was funny AF at least, all the drivers were basically against Thomas and Bari just binned him after Jarno trolled him lmao. Also after the spin he just went on the throttle like nothing and didn't have any kind of traction loss, so that's another incriminating clip we got from Jarno's live.
I dont understand. Why is this a "lets not talk about it" thing. There is NO WAY that Ronhaar is that much better than the rest is all qualy's and all races on all tracks. He is doing something and nobody is doing anything about it. It makes no sense not to demand that he shows his cards and than we will know if he is that good or he is cheating. TRL Limitless did an awesome 30min video breaking down every single detail that proves Ronhaar is a cheater(although for obvious reasons he doesn't directly accuse him of cheating)
Simply because F1 E Sports is so big you can basically guarantee that there are cheaters. Just like every other competetive game like Minecraft speedrunning, Trackmania, CSGO,... It was sadly just a matter of time before someone in F1 was found.
The stewards know but they can't admit that anyone can cheat otherwise the credibility is gone.. There's money involved. If they admited that guy was cheating, who else has been cheating and how can we know that people who have won in the past did it fair and square?!! They can't admit it's possible to cheat while playing tournaments otherwise they might as well pack their things and go home because it will be over. Not to mention the amiunt of lawsuits they would be subjected to if they admited there have been people cheating...
Its easy for a driver to say, but a tough decision for an official to make. They have nothing valid to base the cheating allegations on, and if they would ban him from esports they would probably face court in which they will have little evidence to defend themselves

1. hes not f1 esports champ 2. acc isnt his main game, spends more time on f1 so of course he wont be as fast 3. if u just started out simracing and created a league, why would someone of his caliber join an amateur league. not throwing shade at ur league but it just doesnt add up
blakeley is the champion and I am pretty sure, that blakeley is a genuine guy and not cheating. also jarno and him seem to get along very well. @@HeavyMetalGamingHD i was starting on f1 too and then moved to ACC. While your statement is true there are many transferable skills which can be transferred from F1 to ACC. Detecting a cheater should be the easiest thing. If someone built an AI that could copy the exact inputs from a telemetry in a TT-session and execute them itself, they would be able to see instantly if someone is using a third-party program to get better traction. Because if the AI wouldn't be able to keep the car on track with the exact same inputs - then something is off.

No Ronhaar doesn't have to prove he's not cheating, we the suspicious have to prove he is. He is still innocent until proven guilty, not assumed guilty til he proves his innocence. Why did he magically go from racing in xbox leagues to being faster than all other esports drivers?
It seems to me that the driver in question use a (no tire grip lost/perfect grip) cheat to gain grip when your tires are all gone. This is nothing new, f1 games can be hacked very easily to enable this feature on the fly with a hot key. So basically you can activate the cheat into a corner and turn it off on the straight.
Why not team up with other people on the grid and take him out of every race. If he is cheating and the ptb know and won’t do anything, time to take things into your own hands and start going for gaps that aren’t there.
How can this be accepted! If they don’t do something every major internet outlet should atleast question Ronhaar about the allegations and put the damn pressure up! He has to be sweating in his damn cheating seat! This POS is ruining online events for everyone so basically he’s destroying the whole scene with all the money that’s in it! The Racing teams should’ve kicked him from the start, the damage is already done and may be irreparable! This will kill Sim racing completely and they loose all the money in it, just because they hushed in front of that lying cheater! He needs to be stripped of all his wins and should be sued by all th companies to pay a huge restitution fee for the damage he has done to this industry! It’s multiple million dollars that will be lost from sponsors and investors, not to think about the careers he is destroying because he’s destroying a complete league! He should pay every single million back and restitution to the other drivers! He choose to do this on free will and he could’ve stopped at any time! But he choose not to, so he has to face the full consequences! And that dumb codemasters guy should be taken from his job and should never work again in this field, he is making everything worse!
from what I've heard, the cheating software let's you add percentage of grip which means a good driver can make it seem like nothing is happening by adding a very small percentage of grip, just to get the edge on the other drivers.
in the description i linked a video from limitless, he does an investigation with some piece of evidence. Ronhaar is not 100% cheating, nobody is guilty until an actual definitive proof. regardless of this he needs to be massively investigated even harder. in the next days i'd like to try myself to compare some telemetry. obviusly i'm irrelevant and i have no power to find actual proof. these big leagues and important people should be the ones investigating him and I think that's what Jarno is trying to make happen with these talks
Because the people with enough authority to prove things (esport drivers) are not allowed to. If some normal person tries to prove that is impossible to get so early on 100% he wouldn't be believed as "not skilled enough to keep the car" Only esport drivers or people really close could provide actual proof
I keep saying it since a long time Thomas is cheating. How can it be that a driver refuses to drive anywhere else theh at home? He is clearly cheating. also in this race the grip he had was just so unreal.
They should do what fighting tournaments have done for years. Use organizers stations at an events. Do not allow competitors use own softwares, only accessories like chair, pedals and steering wheel.
Its difficult because with your own pedals, wheels and software you build muscle memory. Alot of the drivers on this grid would be a lot slower when going from a loadcell pedal to a non loadcell pedal, or a different kg one. The same goes with the nm of the wheel and the way the force is applied (some drivers use simucube osw, some use fanatec still). This measure would solve cheating probably if it is done at LAN, but it could have consequences for the entire esports grid.
I'm surprised this hasn't been brought up until now, you've been able to modify grip with cheat engine for years and years. Also it's very simple anyone can do it its no.t like there's 1000 steps you need to do to cheat.
I think the F1 community should wait until LAN comes around. I don’t follow F1 esports but to always know if someone is cheating we need to put them on stage and then we will see for sure.
It's pretty clear it's an open secret and the are somehow contractually gagged from talking about cheating at all due to some agreement with EA/Codemasters.
So here's how they could easily combat cheating: Each player gets an atomic attack submarine that they have to play in. Before a race starts all submarines will dive to a depth of at least 30000 feet, and if cheating is detected all the submarine's nuclear armed missiles are launched at the cheater's parent's house. Boom, no more cheating! I might have to patent this idea - I'll call my lawyers tomorrow.
Looking back at this now, after Ronhaar obliterated everyone in a LAN event, a lot of people, including Jarno have forever stained their reputations by calling Ronhaar a total cheat. Honestly it's pretty shameful. He's been outdriven and he's just moaned. His fans in particular have been pathetic.
Video gaming needs an overhaul. We need the rampant cheating across all games to end. Anyone caught cheating should be charged with fraud and be fined. The gaming companies should ban the persons ip from playing the game. Streaming platforms need to ban individuals who are hacking/cheating. Instead of allowing them to cash in on their fraudulent gameplay. Its the generation that got an award for getting last that are hacking/cheating bc they could never win in their life without being given a handout. I'm 34 and have been gaming since i was 4 years old. Hacking/cheating was never much of a problem until warzone came out. Now, hacks are rampant in every game.
Why can they not have some feature in the game which tells if the game has ever been altered with? Maybe check the codes of games before all gamers start the game (using some computer program)?
Money - costs money to make safety features, and while Codemasters aren't innocent in quick releases, now that they're owned by EA, there's little hope they'd do something for F22 other than say "see ya next year suckers! MAYBE we'll implement shit in 23!"
But, also note that he was really dominant in F1 2020 and 2021. At some point winning 5 PSGL races in a row. Ronhaar also proved himself in the eSports exhibition event which was on LAN. He has 100% improved in the last 2+ years. If he is cheating I don't think anyone will be able to prove it.
Yeah, improvement is real and there's no doubt about him being able to compete lan but when it comes to the fine margins of esport even a 0,1% could make a big difference. But yeah i agree obviously he's not gulty until a definitive investigation, i just think is something which deserves attention
When the whole grid thinks you’re cheating, odds are you are cheating. I’ve been accused of cheating in games too but there are always a select few who defends me. When you are at the top level with a lot of experience, you can tell something is off with somebody who is cheating in the game. It’s the ever so slight abnormal differences that is the giveaway.
I am sorry but there is no way you can go on throttle the way Thomas is doing. I worked on the development of the game and I went and did simulation and without changing the friction setting you can't do that. Happy to tell you this is under investigation but this goes deeper than you may think. Because we have proven he cheated but we have to investigate every event (official) for an disqualification and ban
I´m not sure if the PSGL has the budget for my idea on how to 99% control online cheating, but I am 100% sure F1 E-Sports Teams have that budget. So let me explain it to you: Every driver gets an remote controlled PC on same specs, with no ON button, pre installed game and also the communication software the driver is using to communicate with his team during the race. Future updates could be done via remote control. They also get a new rig. The monitors, seat and headset is free to choose by the driver. Wheel, base, pedals are standardized (all same). The controls are directly connected with the pc and locked so that they can´t be disconnected without damaging the pc. So now the F1 E-Sports directive only has an access to the pc and can check the whole on/off log, if any other device tried to connect with the pc, if anything shady is going on with the pc. Controls can´t be manipulated and every testing session has to be video recorded with the view on the whole rig. Training times are all at the same time and they also have to be video recorded. If you can´t trust them, then you got to control them! Do you guys think this would help to keep the field even?
You do not understand how computers work, do you... TIP: you can start PCs without an ON button. Also, you can open it up, remove the hard drive, modify whatever files you want and put the hard drive back, even if you couldn't start the PC. There is no way to protect a piece of machinery that is at my house. If someone programmed it, i can reprogram it...
@@maximilianmitroi8545 I know how PCs work, I built a couple my self but I also know how you can make "boxes" accessable only by damaging it. And there are tons of ways for doing that. straight from trackmania ahahah, it would be cool but idk if would actually work, trackmania is a deterministic game, f1 from what i know is not.
on time trial maybe out of many simulations if output is legit and clean copy the results would be many similar runs with maybe one fully matching.
even if it was possible (anyway i don't think so) the problem is that with a larger community they took years to extrapolate inputs from a 2008 game (TMNF) it would be impossible with F1 22
All in all, there's a lot of reasons to think why he might or might not be cheating, but only a check on his PC or a LAN tournament would put an end to this.
@@claxxz1 even if it isn't derteministic, a couple of simulations maybe 10, 20 or 50. Wouldn't that be enough to figure out: if the line is diffirent, the speed is diffirent, the delta is diffirent. Even if we cant have a grip meter or something like that if you would analyse the diffirences. Surely you would fine that something doest add up. This is ofcourse the tracmania approche but it worked on that game why not try it out. For example if someone goes 10mph faster in a corner you would immidietly see the diffirence in exit position( that is if the exact same buttons have been pressed). In trackmania it works because the raw input are already stored into the replay file, in f1 there's no such thing, sure you have the telemetry but it wouldn't be as easy as the replay file.

Its difficult because with your own pedals, wheels and software you build muscle memory. Alot of the drivers on this grid would be a lot slower when going from a loadcell pedal to a non loadcell pedal, or a different kg one. The game has no anticheat
It's pretty clear it's an open secret and the are somehow contractually gagged from talking about cheating at all due to some agreement with EA/Codemasters.
They dont want to get sued for defamation
So here's how they could easily combat cheating: Each player gets an atomic attack submarine that they have to play in. Before a race starts all submarines will dive to a depth of at least 30000 feet, and if cheating is detected all the submarine's nuclear armed missiles are launched at the cheater's parent's house. Boom, no more cheating!
I might have to patent this idea - I'll call my lawyers tomorrow.

Is Bari cheating as well then? No DRS like Ronhaar and the gap didn't change.
MAYBE we'll implement shit in 23!"

how the table turns...
I´m not sure if the PSGL has the budget for my idea on how to 99% control online cheating, but I am 100% sure F1 E-Sports Teams have that budget.
So let me explain it to you:
Every driver gets an remote controlled PC on same specs, with no ON button, pre installed game and also the communication software the driver is using to communicate with his team during the race.
Do you guys think this would help to keep the field even?
yeah or just more simply bring back LAN events
You do not understand how computers work, do you... TIP: you can start PCs without an ON button. Also, you can open it up, remove the hard drive, modify whatever files you want and put the hard drive back, even if you couldn't start the PC. There is no way to protect a piece of machinery that is at my house. If someone programmed it, i can reprogram it...
@@maximilianmitroi8545 I know how PCs work, I built a couple my self but I also know how you can make "boxes" accessable only by damaging it. And there are tons of ways for doing that. It's my everyday job to produce boxes you hardly can break in even by damaging them.
Read my comment above again, carefully.
Jarno can't stand to know that there is someone better than him
I'm not the biggest Jarno fan or anything but how do you explain the other drivers, then? Rasmussen deliberately crashed into him, Benham deliberately crashed into him, Longuet deliberately cut the course to try and keep up with him to prove a point. It's clear they all have an issue with him, not just Jarno.
@@INFEDnoX 👍
@@vant.01and the fact that he takes, lines, uses gears and everything that’s physically impossible.
@@ploppyjr2373Ronhaar is on another level as proven.Try not to assume things you don’t know about .
@@AJzilllaPro i was wrong, but why do you think i don’t know what I’m talking about? Or is the entire esports grid clueless about the game they’re the best at?
Can someone explain what the cheating part is
Check description
Just want to know why he had to hold it
Besides all that’s going on, what a mediocre race engineer he has 😂
Can someone explain to me how can you cheat in a racing game? I know in track mania you can use a bot tool to technically do the driving for you to get the beat line and time is it the same way?
No, its like a GTA trainer where you can make yourself fly etc essentially, but this one changes the physics for your car - so it changes certain values that makes his car go slightly faster, have different traction "rules" opposed to what they are set to by the game. Essentially its speed hacking in simple terms.
He changes up the car values slightly so it doesn't look suspicious at all , but still gives him massive advantage like more grip, downforce etc
What proof do any of you have that there is cheating going on???
looks like to me he gained a lot more minimum speed and a lot more traction out of the chicane
What’s the cheating issue here? I’m only a career player noob so no clue about the Esports stuff?
Can someone explain me why most of people are blaming him i still can not understand what is happening on hear
He’s a rookie that popped out of nowhere taking over the league against experienced pros. He’s quicker both on straights and corners which is hard to do while the throttle is at 100%.
Fun fact: He didn't save the replay
Guess he figured there's no point to it. Name one sport where cheating isn't rampant and basically mandatory.
So just because the guy beat him he's cheating? What a baby 🍼
I think you have no back story here do you
@@ploppyjr2373 the guy is suspected to be cheating (without any actual proof). So now every time he has a good race he gets called out on it. That sounds about right?
@@NotAcvp3lla no that doesn’t sound about right and you clearly have not been paying attention. He does things that literal robots can’t do (they tried) and whenever he’s on a LAN he loses all his pace. An entire grid of professional Esports drivers agree with eachother so i think there’s more than enough proof so far
@@ploppyjr2373 so as I said before a guy's name and reputation gets dragged through the dirt because of speculations. If there was enough proof there would have been actions taken. Not some baby whining after losing.
@@NotAcvp3lla there have tho lmao. Again, you have no context
Let's talk tomorrow when you're in Brickley....
Everyone is aparently fed up ith Cheathaar.
Where is nerdmeer today after the esport race in lan? XD
still can cheat when fast
Haas needs to drop him at this point if this keeps going
No one knows for sure whether he is cheating, he might have just discovered an exploit with the game that no one else has. In this game as well as many of the sims, there are often "exploits" from running ridiculous things in either game or car set up.
U can get a tool assist to emulate his exact racing line and throttle and yet the tool will be slower even spinning out occasionally. It’s not an exploit because no one can repeat it
@@Frozt_KSA that would require the tool assist to be using the same setup though, which obviously is my point
@@BASHERSKINZ optimal set ups for each track have been found ages ago and besides the tool is more to get a general idea not an exact copy. Enough tool runs will reveal what’s possible and what is simply unacheivavble
@@Frozt_KSA you assume this, then look at what is happening with tyre wear for "equal performance" could have been around since the beginning without anyone noticing
@@BASHERSKINZ I mean that’s true but a lot still doesn’t add up. He’s always faster on the straights indicating a low downforce setup yet he makes up time on everyone in the corners and on the exits. It’s just far too suspicious
