Of all the faces of death, the ones from suicide by hanging are very terrifying, eps those with open eyes & bleeding. If they happened to stare at you , you had better ask God for protection 24/7/365! Even the ones lying in the coffin before burial or cremation are best to avoid seeing.
Although it's obviously dramatized but the portrayal of the young officer is super unrealistic. No officer will behave at scene like he did, much less anyhow selfie with a dead body. And it is a serious offence to remove evidence from a scene without official purpose.
