No bother at all the campero is a great knife and I love it zero complaints with it or any of the joker knives I currently own. I would recommend this knife to anyone and everyone. The Joker Trampero and the Joker Ember are 2 other great knives very similar to the campero all three are amazing blade and I own all three as well, I actually rotate between the three on a weekly bases. well I am pretty sure I showed a few fairly thin slices in the video with the onions but the point is you can use the knife to do food prep but I guess that went over your head. Appreciate the comment though. And watching the video.
