How to fix GM horn without standard equipment

In this video I fix my 1989 Camaro horn without buying any of the standard equipment or springs. This will work with GM models with this style horn in the steering wheel.

I have a 87 g body monte carlo they come with the plastic bolts that always strip. Do you know the thread size so I can put regular bolts
