Embracing 'America First' does not necessitate viewing China as America's primary adversary. Certainly, China competes with America for economic dominance, akin to any sports competition. However, they maintain a competitive spirit, akin to opponents shaking hands after a match, rather than nurturing enmity. Mutual spying is commonplace; even the US government surveils its allies and citizens. Someone becomes an enemy when they threaten invasion via military force, not due to differing political systems, religions, or beliefs. Many abroad reject America's democracy in light of issues like gun violence, wokeism, drug addiction, homelessness, and a significant wealth gap. If China refrains from imposing its system on America, why criticize a model that works for them? Labeling China as an enemy serves as a distraction from America's underlying issues. China competes economically, in sports, and in technology, but it's not an enemy if the US doesn't perceive a military threat from China.

Let's look forward to the third and final Republican debate. Finally, they're going to ask Vivek about his mother's contribution to his career. Ramaswamy bought a drug for $5 million. The drug had failed four different drug trials, that's where the drug is given to patients over several weeks or months. Ramaswamy changed the name from SB742457 to RVT-101 and announced that it had only had ONE drug trial. His mother wrote a report on one of the original trials. A trial with 684 subjects. The report said, if you exclude all the subjects who dropped out of the study because of bad side effects, RVT-101 would have passed the trial.

What I love about Vivek is not only his deep understanding of the laws, Constitution, and values of America, but his enthusiasm and willingness to share it and educate/teach people about them.

The difference is, Vivek is not just "saying anything". He's saying what should get attention and be heard. He's saying, to a higher degree, with more articulation and an actual set of plans, how to move forward. While everyone else is slinging mud, he's out trying to make a difference for the people rather than doing all of the other things he could be doing right now. I really like Vivek for president. He’s smart, answers questions honestly when asked and I think he’s truly interested in returning America to a position of leadership on the world stage starting by improving our own home.

Doesn't he want to remove citizenship from immigrants who applied for citizenship and got it. Not only that but remove citizenship from U.S. born citizens who come from immigrant parents.

(Though i wonder how this applies to thise who come here legally, but dont become citizens themselves. He is not against those who become naturalized, taking due diligence, or even have anything against those who are permanent residents/have visas, etc. He likens it to a mexican diplomats child who isnt considered American just because he was born here. Not exactly fair to those who know no other world than this one. But his argument has merit. Law does not contain and should not abide by the same moral code as religion. Finally, if he follows through with such a proposal, i would questions the ligistics. How will haitians for example be sent back to their homes? As long as we dont push the responsibility to a third nation, im good. Also, i wonder what the path to citizenship would be for those born here in their parents birthplace. Validity of documents from here to there, stuff like that. Finally, remove incentives by fortifying the border, and he seems to be fairly passionate about taking a more proactive stance on the consumption of drugs that finance the drug cartels abroad. I wonder how this translates to polcy. Surely the resources spent abroad will be useful tu curb the problem domestically, but i will reserve judgement until i see it implemented. I do believe it necessary. Finally, the removal if incentives is one thing, but the stability and well being of the countries weve intervened in for so long is a crucial element too. Id argue a stable and well off Mexico would be a great buffer. Currently it already serves as a buffer, but one that only creates additional problems for themselves. The TLDR, i like his stance on the issue. But it seems too soft(on the matter of addressing the root cause, not the current issue)and perhaps a little naive until a more descriptive proposal becomes a topic of conversation
