Outposts that offer small slots . houses can build extra storage or a farm , firehouses can build workshops or kitchen , police stations can build extra beds or workbench or auto shop etc. 1 per outpost but specific options depending on the type of structure
Quality of life stuff like personal missions could be built upon by bonding pairs of survivors so they have team missions and bonuses from going out with that teammate like stamina and health buffs or damage buffs. This could be built on by adding rivalries between enclaves and things like hunting bandits or scouting areas which would add randomly generated cities that can be travelled to without having to move entirely like a dungeon.
The host, who hardly played the game before the juggernaut edition (it was obvious), admits that he can only think of himself when he becomes the center of attention, continuously seeks to be the center of attention and does so in part by cutting off others during streams, and was hired in part to bring to life everyone's favorite grind daybreak, has now been promoted!? As a director the game will become the game HE wants (the new backpack has been influenced by his favorite color) even more so than it already is. You can already see the difference in how the other guys now interact with him--the boss--during the stream. By the way the correct answer to "what games are you playing?" is "I mostly play our game to provide some quality assurance in order to make it great since it puts food on my table and I want more people to play it, but occasionally I will play...".Lastly, if you guys can't answer a question due to the sheer volume of the chat (I believe it was 30,000) why do you keep noticing one (1) particular players comments?
Looks amazing and small things like the backpack go unnoticed. I hate carrying around a PC tower when I’m just scouting for some snacks or drinks/meds so the smaller bag for smaller items is a nice change. Good work team!
I was playing my 100days achievement community and had a idea, you guys could implement an favorite system in the base's storage, so it shows the fav itens first. Because in late game you accumulate a lot of stuff, and it gets really annoying to go all the way down to the 50 cal whenever I change characters or when you get infected and the cure is the last item. Btw love you streams, especially this ASMR version.
Dont know how it is on xbox but on PC you can actually change the order Items are displayed. When opening the locker look on the bottom screen there should be a key for sorting. With the weapons it works, for every press of key it orders another type of gun first eg. :-)
I love the new difficulty option and how every time you move to a different map the difficulty gets harder. It really makes it feel dynamic and like the zombie apocalypse started from slow zombie too highly advanced ones.
If you spawned it in you will keep it, but if the bounty is gone and you left that vehicle behind when jumping maps you can no longer get it until the bounty returns.
Bingo. Game mechanics definitely won't get an overhaul because they've announced SoD3. The open-world RPG elements likely won't get any QOL improvements either, so essentially we'll be grinding out the same fetch quests and retrieval missions ad infinitum. It's likely they'll just toy with cosmetics until SoD3 drops.
You guys playing Grounded with the devs sounds great to me. I'm kinda glad this next update is a bit smaller because I'm addicted to Grounded right now and tomorrow is their first major update. But I'm going to have to log in and get the Norma or I'll probably go to SoD hell if I don't. 😂
I wonder what the fall update be. It would be cool if you can have multiplayer PVP communities across the map that fight for outpost or can ally to take out other communities.
Alright, been playing SOD2 for a while and love it , its the zombie game ive always wanted to play and its my first time watching this and I actually quite like it and the level of detail the team goes into to to show you what all is being done to improve a alright solid game But (and I know this isn't the place to put this) I'd LOVE to see a 10 gauge Winchester ranger 120 with a 20" barrel in the game Specific I know😂
I love SoD and have made a wishlist of things I'd love to see in the future to enhance the experience even further! (ADDING TO THIS WISHLIST AS I THINK OF IDEAS) Ability to enlist up to 3 followers/community members for a 4 man squad? Or Ability to create defenses anywhere on the fly i.e. sandbags, reinforce doors, set defensive traps, barricades etc Or Ability to transfer/free up your inventory to enlisted followers without needing to take control of that enlisted community member and potentially cancel your current mission (it gets super annoying currently, anyone else find this?) Or In depth Survival system - hunger, thirst, hygiene, bladder, knowledge, emotion/morale meter for your individual community members. And in depth build mode like fallout 4 or the sims for bases and outposts - Literally the Sims + SOD = my dream zombie survival game 😂 Ability to increase number of outposts indefinitely depending on number of survivors/workers in community and ability to send community members to stay at, protect and defend outposts from occasional dangers. Ability to send community members on runs based on a percentage risk system - similar to naval missions in AC black flag. Higher the risk, higher the reward! Have unused community members go on outpost runs and resource runs in real time for immersion and sometimes dynamically bump into your community members in the world so you can enlist them. More in depth survivor community system - Fun Activities to do with your community members/survivors to create a more believable dynamic community - drinking, dancing, laughing, playing guitar around campfire to increase morale but risk noise for potential hordes, build campsites anywhere in the world, fishing and hunting challenges, fun challenges = fun times. If morale gets too low for an individual survivor they will start putting the community in jeopardy. Relationship/friendship system - like the Sims and to some extent fallout 4 - every survivor in your community has a friendship/relationship status with another survivor. The better the friendship/relationship, the better the perks for those survivors I.e. ability to give survivors specific orders (fetch items, open door, stealth kill zombie/enemy, scavenge house, stay/follow, move to etc.) Better relationship = more health, AI fights better and reacts better to your orders etc, you can create your dream team. The more two survivors hate each other, the worse the negative perks for those survivors will be i.e. AI will not listen to your orders, AI may put you in jeopardy, AI will stop following you if they are enlisted and run away in a fight leaving you to fend for yourself etc. Ability to teach survivors new skills - better stealth, quicker movement while crouched, throw weapons to AI Teammates/survivors in heat of battle and vice versa etc. Teach survivors to use cover in a firefight, be incapacitated less often and increase weapon accuracy etc. But yeah level editor (sandbox mode) like the farcry level editor would be awesome - a mission creator would be amazing like AC Odyssey where players can share creative immersive lore friendly missions for everyone to play, limitless creativity 😉

@@sineater6331 You're right he thinks he's hilarious and always laughs at his own jokes. If they played with some modders and studied how mods work/don't work in a game they could actually see how things people ask for actually operate first before deciding on to include (hopefully) in updates.
Can we have deeper, more interesting NPC communities to interact with? Other society structures. And maybe forest areas in which you have to go on foot because of the heavy forestation to loot secret prepper bases. Oh and please please just a small but super dangerous high reward city area. Oh and have iron heads. Zombies with mutated head bones so that shooting them in the head is less effective, maybe taking several shots. Taking out a leg then crushing their head from the back is a better option.
Edit: Or maybe have the option of assigning allied enclaves to live in the buildings or houses surrounding your base? This would also expand the safe zone around your giant community perimeter. It makes no sense why you can't build up or fortify a small town area. You have these enclaves scattered aimlessly around the map, vulnerable to attacks and even though they're your friends, they have no incentive to live closer to your base and much larger group. No sense of community outside of your base either. I can't figure that out nor would that realistically happen in real life. Strength in numbers.

@@DescendantOfEnslavedAfricans IMO the powerhouse/discipline/CQC build is the best melee build. If you equip this character with a blunt weapon you can do a STANDING FRONT grab execution. It is an extremely fast kill that cannot be interrupted. The drawback is that it takes some practice to take out hordes in this manner. That said, the equipped blunt weapon can be used to knock zombies back. I have played this game a lot. My "forever community (500+ days)" has 12 survivors. Three of them are spec'd out in this manner. In contrast I use backpacking for two members only. My one and only guy that uses a heavy weapon has backpacking (+30 max carry)/Discipline (+30 light carry)/endurance (because it is the logical choice for heavy weapons). This allows my guy to carry 60 extra pounds and still remain in the normal carry range allowing for the weight of the heavy weapon plus other gear. I min/max every game I play. If you have a question please feel free to ask.
Looks like your camera kept glitching or something if you need a video editor hit me up I can give you 1080p videos with 60 frames per second I can even make 4K videos though it would be a little bit more difficult to watch them lower pixelated devices

Lord MaCe I’m on Xbox and all it does for me is switch the crossbows and pistols. If that’s how it works for you then I’m assuming I’m bugged
This game is way overdue for a more organized loot menu. In a way I’m still in love with the first games menu and UI.

How about custom paint for vehicles and off road lights that can stay on when you leave the vehicle at night

What happens with the vehicles you win after the bounty packs go away? Do they spawn randomly in the map or is there a radio to use to call it in.
You keep what you spawned, but when the bounty goes away they are gone until the update rotates back around.
If you spawned it in you will keep it, but if the bounty is gone and you left that vehicle behind when jumping maps you can no longer get it until the bounty returns.
The best back pack is the comfortable back pack it’s only 1.5 pounds but really hard to find
OMG my friend and I use a de-limbed Plague Zombie to throw back and forth and we call it "Zombieball" 😂

thats propobly a thing in SoD3 , i dont think they will rework that as they would have to rework quests and story too for this

@@DescendantOfEnslavedAfricans IMO the powerhouse/discipline/CQC build is the best melee build. If you equip this character with a blunt weapon you can do a STANDING FRONT grab execution. It is an extremely fast kill that cannot be interrupted. The drawback is that it takes some practice to take out hordes in this manner. That said, the equipped blunt weapon can be used to knock zombies back. I have played this game a lot. My "forever community (500+ days)" has 12 survivors. Three of them are spec'd out in this manner. In contrast I use backpacking for two members only. My one and only guy that uses a heavy weapon has backpacking (+30 max carry)/Discipline (+30 light carry)/endurance (because it is the logical choice for heavy weapons). This allows my guy to carry 60 extra pounds and still remain in the normal carry range allowing for the weight of the heavy weapon plus other gear. I min/max every game I play.
