Thinkway's customer service is superb! I know some people don't want this information shared but ultimately, it is still up to Thinkway to decide if they want to send you the replacements. There are risks to ordering parts via an email so make sure you have considered all your options before proceeding.

This doesn’t work anymore. Thinkway has lost the Toy Story license and there’s no way to contact them anymore. Even though. I was able to get the email address to message them. I don’t think they are going to respond to me because they most likely don’t have any more spare parts and they might actually be going out of business. Their website is mostly blank now and there’s no more contact information. So. I’m pretty disappointed about that as I wanted to order a replacement antenna for my RC. Such a shame but oh well. Great video. Think it’s pretty cool that you used to be able to contact them to have them send out replacement parts for whichever toy you needed replacement parts for.
Thanks for the update! It's definitely unfortunate that they lost the license and won't be providing any more parts. Hopefully Mattel does a better job
Same here. Usually you get an automated customer service email back stating they’d contact you soon. But there is zero response and it’s been several days now.
Besides from the information from this video. There is no official contact information for them anywhere online..
dang thats unfortunate..i just started looking into replacement parts for my signature collection buzz as the stickers have worn away and the wing keeps popping open...
It's a shame they lost the license, it was aparent as to how badly the company was doing when the prices for the TS4 signature items were so high. Athough I really do hope another company takes a shot at "film accurate" items.

I have a 2009 utility belt buzz with a missing lower half and right hand and 2009 woody with a broken holster. This is was very helpful thanks.

I have a question and seen as you tend to fix these toys I hope you can answer. My Rc is currently stuck only going backwards and refuses to do anything else. Originally I thought it was low batteries but after changing them its still the same. It makes a speaker clicking noise everything I try going forward or side to side. Any ideas?
Can you ask them for a full on woody voice box if yours broke
I just messaged the company on FB, but it does appear they're no longer in business. I have a Sully and Mike that talks to each other via a cord. A part broke on the cord, BUT imagine my amazement 5 years later when my grandson put two more batteries in the door of the Mike and they started talking to each other. I never even thought to do this because I was so sure I needed the cord. Since he knew nothing about that, it simply occurred to him.
I have the rc and the antenna is missing and the bumper is gone aka broken

I don't worry about using my debit in sketchy places, as Barclays fraud prevention team are a bit too good sometimes, but an email , prefer a phone call or better still a balance transfer. Via bank or sage or one of the many options out there, really what decade are they operating in. Still it's a great resource.
Body mk2 is setting , slowly, because I had a bad maths day when adding pigment, also needed nearly twice the material of my initial estimate, and I later found out wooden spatula's are a no no , the mix was made quick as I was expecting a short work time, the pour ended up taking 45mins , the mold was not totally leak free but much better than the first one.
It's had 2 days in a cool room another 2 days on a hot pad , today I flipped it over, expect to open on Monday or Tuesday, i will video it and pop the link somewhere around here because this is such a good channel.
I am really interested in the new POP 2 scanner by Revopoint. It should open up so many more creative doors in the future. Apparently credit card is safer since you are not spending your own money so it should technically be easier to reverse a fraudulent transaction.

If you need to do a purchase like this again I would highly recommend getting a prepaid credit card. It's the same process as that debit card from Dash that was only loaded with $100; but it's actually a credit card. You can get them at Walmart and grocery stores and pretty much anywhere.

Do you think that Thinkway would replace my Buzz Lightyear wings on my Buzz Lightyear Signature collection ? The wings won’t close into the jetpack, anyone else have this problem?

@@Kiryulookingatsky tbh I haven’t emailed them yet lol. But I’m pretty sure they’ll send you a new one if you contact thinkway and send them pictures. I still have my certificate of authenticity I was gonna put next to buzz just so the knew I bought him.

Man I wish I got to get parts before they shut down, I needed woody boots (which I don’t think they offered but still), woody’s voice box (which same thing I’m not sure they offered) buzz’s jet pack since mine is in horrible condition, new helmet pieces since my front have broke and won’t he secured on, and buzz legs since one of the legs on mine broke and can’t move since i superglued it on
