      Leaseholds on flats make some sense but need regulating. On houses, they should not exist

    It is always interesting to witness the inevitable right in front of you. The Labour party and its leader are ready to move to the next level. This kind of confidence exuded by Sir Kier Starmer is unstoppable. The Labour Party is definitely on the march forward to assume power.

      More money spent on education = higher skilled workforce down the line.
      Money invested into creating British energy = less reliant on other countries resources. Money invested into owning the railways = people able to accept opportunities not possible in local area without the train costing an arm and a leg to get there, if it even leaves in the first place.
      Money invested into policing = safer communities with private investors more willing to put money into deprived areas. Money invested into NHS preventative care = saves money on more expensive care down the line.
      It's short term austerity thinking that has led us to the mess we're currently in. Happy to pay higher tax if it means we get a functioning country back.

    Just about to watch. Hope there I mention of housing in here. Such a huge issue in this country and in fixing housing you fix many other problems. So many parties do not want to confront this, but those are the parties I will not vote for. I want a future for my children.

      Our 'green' and once pleasant little country on a small island is the 8th most densely populated in the WORLD. You can thank Blair's Labour for comprehensively facilitating that.       No he didn't. He rejected the initial prosecution case on the basis that it would have failed in court and sent the prosecution team away to strengthen their case. Do you not think that was sensible?
