He's backed out of all his previous pledges. Why would anyone believe him now?
Cause they can see through the fascists...
Revising previous pre-election pledges doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing. Have you seen the state of the country's finances?
No difference to Rishi’s ‘mission statement’, just ridiculous.
We're all paying a very heavy price for what the current government has done...
Some with their lives. You can’t get a gp appointment..
The man who, as DPP, tried to fast-track the prosecution of Julian Assange.
Abolish leasehold!
Bit of a struggle if you live in a flat on the 7th floor. Perhaps you would want to exchange it for a 'fresh air' freehold?
Leaseholds on flats make some sense but need regulating. On houses, they should not exist
They won't do because they will buy all leasehold and charge alot of maintenance 😮
It is always interesting to witness the inevitable right in front of you. The Labour party and its leader are ready to move to the next level. This kind of confidence exuded by Sir Kier Starmer is unstoppable. The Labour Party is definitely on the march forward to assume power.
And then proceed to do very little to change anything, get the blame for it all and let the Tories back in in a few years.
What utter rubbish.
All lies
This was live thirty minutes ago. Which means he’s moved the goal posts already and all pledges are worthless.
Can't wait to see him welcome George Osbourne into the party....
The guy would welcome Braverman if he thought it would guarantee the keys to number ten.
*Pledges are subject to change at short notice. See terms and conditions.
Wonder how many minutes these pledges will last until securonomics dictates they are unaffordable also 😂
That was a weird an intense handshake Kier lol
I wouldn't trust him and ginger mate to run a bath never mind a country
Thanks for letting us know. 😂😂
Most zombies do though xx
What are your standards for the government and our leaders?
All talk
Brilliant, well done Keir. A bit of hope. We need our NHS working again.
He takes money from American health insurers, he and that little weasel Streeting will sell it off and then get a nice six figure salary consulting job with those companies after they get booted out.
Ah yes, new pledges from a man infamous for keeping none. ☕
He's not in power?
Really great speech, people in comments saying they won’t vote labour. After hearing what he has to say. Sorry but you clearly just didn’t watch.. I’ll be voting to repair my country after 14 years of Tory neglecting.
I already fast forward a year and they messed it up...
i will never again vote for tories or labour, never.
Nobody cares, why would you think they do? BTW, It's Labour, with a U.
@@gio-oz8gf meow!
Why?
@@bigbreadeaterellisits a long story 😉
@@gio-oz8gf bleep bloop!
Have they ever kept a Pledge in any of the manifestoes because here in Manchester they don’t seem too.they say a lot on the doorstep but do nothing .
Remember when Spitting Image portrayed John Major as grey/back and white, if it were still a show then the whole oposition would be grey.
I guess hes going to waffle, waffle, waffle. Oh and lie.
He’ll do nothing
Lies, lies, lies, lies and more lies. We need rid of ALL parties from politics and start again with new people and a new system.
Yes, you’ve changed the labour party but I fear you’ve left a lot of labour voters behind. Please don’t support genocide.
And for the opening, we have the currently under police scrutiny, thieving, tax evading hypocritcal deputy leader of the COMPANY known as LABOUR.
A decade of higher taxes, that's what's coming.
Public services cost money 👍🏻
Taxes are at the highest they've ever been.
Not as much as they do elsewhere .Too many poor sheep in the uk xx
And vast debt and wastfull spending x
@@dudeyfeb88coach short term thinking. Invest in your population and industry.
More money spent on education = higher skilled workforce down the line.
Money invested into creating British energy = less reliant on other countries resources. Money invested into owning the railways = people able to accept opportunities not possible in local area without the train costing an arm and a leg to get there, if it even leaves in the first place.
Money invested into policing = safer communities with private investors more willing to put money into deprived areas. Money invested into NHS preventative care = saves money on more expensive care down the line.
It's short term austerity thinking that has led us to the mess we're currently in. Happy to pay higher tax if it means we get a functioning country back.
I work for the NHS....and I wont vote Labour.
Just about to watch. Hope there I mention of housing in here. Such a huge issue in this country and in fixing housing you fix many other problems. So many parties do not want to confront this, but those are the parties I will not vote for. I want a future for my children.
And why is there an issue with housing? Have a little think...
Duh I dunno, builders greed or summink 😂😂😂
@@bartholomew941 No, not even close. Try again.
Our 'green' and once pleasant little country on a small island is the 8th most densely populated in the WORLD. You can thank Blair's Labour for comprehensively facilitating that. You can blame the tories only for living in nicer areas to not notice, and a corrupt labourite home office that let it happen.
@@johntbaxter Again, not even close. Try again.

Starmer pledges to look after the people of every other country bar this one
Lol that's only in your mind, they destroy and stael. Look at g4za
Has anyone ever been won over by a political leader giving a speech with his sleeves rolled up?
I just had to turn starmer off after 4 minutes having heard it all before, bring back Jeremy Corbyn just joking 😂
Labour are up in arms because the Tories have accused Starmer of being a serial breaker of promises. Not sure exactly what their defence is, given that the guy does have a string track record of breaking promises.
Wonder if his daddies in 💩rael told him what to say.
Two cheeks of the same ……
Not much of a future is it? Could the strategy be any more vacuous or insipid? Yes - the next one!
His best speech to date. Come on Labour!
Dentists?
Lol. Literally all the comments saying he's a liar 😂
Spot on folks.
The man who refused to prosecute Saville?
No.
No he didn't. He rejected the initial prosecution case on the basis that it would have failed in court and sent the prosecution team away to strengthen their case. Do you not think that was sensible?
@@stevec6427 No it's scandalous.
He's as much a walking moral void as head boy Sunak.
Keir Starmer is just another slimy Tory.
The new ‘Boris’ in action.
UK should re-join the EU.
We want a better Britain, not to be ruled over again.
Make it make sense!!!
@@Kludgedeanhow's your better Britain going so far?
@@anwaralisayed9767It can't be that bad if you're still here!
No we should not
David Lammy's courting of TRUMP has cost Labour at least one voter. I can't be alone.
