Great Video, Kyra! I too love a blank page! I see it as a story yet to be written, or the beginning of something! My tips to break a blank page? Just do YOU: use something YOU like; your favorite color, a new stamp you didn't yet got to use, a stencil you can't get enough of,... just begin with something you enjoy, the rest will probably flow from there. Hope it will help someone! And yes all is good here too. TFS xoxo
Thank you so much Marie! :D I am so happy to hear that! :D Thank you for sharing your tips and tricks for breaking a blank page. I think the best one is, just do you :) I totally agree with that :D Love you my friend
Thank you for sharing this dear friend , it was very helpful and I liked your presentation of it, as I said on insta, you're good with this, have great week, bigs hugs for your lovies, liefde groete van my, Bonsie en Bella 😁😘😘😘🤗🤗🤗💙💙💙
Yes Kyra, this was extremely helpful! Especially for people who are starting. And it was very didactic, you even went over everthing once again at the end. I usually break my page with oxides or collage. Thank you for sharing these great ideas!
Thank you for sharing. I know this will help people to just sit and start creating. Giving them permission to just start the background and not feel they have to finish right away. I’m still learning I don’t have to finish a page the same day I started it; that’s hard for me lol
I love your ideas. This is helpful to me because I never know where to start. I hope I can remember everything you did so I can try them. I really like your color combinations as well. I decided to write down all your ideas so I can refer to them later. Thank you.
@@KyraPace Hello Kyra, I used your color combo - Wilted Violet, Peacock Feathers and Lucky Clover to kick start my page, then found some photos in a magazine. It worked! Thank you so much for your suggestions on how to break a blank page. If you want to see what I did (thanks to you) I posted it on Facebook.
Yaayyy!! That is so cool!! :D thank you so much for sharing this with me and of course I would loooove to see your page! :D I am so happy this video helped you out :D See you on Facebook :D
Not on all of my projects. It really depends on the product that I want to use. When I work with watercolors or dylusions I tend not to gesso my page. But if I work with paints, I do. Sometimes I also use gesso to push my collage into the background. :)

I tend to give the page a different colour... And mostly stencils 😊 I never counted the stencils I have...
Thank you so much for sharing your way of breaking a blank page :D
Do you put Gesso on your pages before you start?
