The energy during this encore when you see it live is ABSOLUTELY UNREAL. The audience cheers as if Tina Turner herself is actually performing. When it was over, I said to myself, “It’ll be a miracle if I’m not deaf tomorrow morning.” That’s how awesome it was. It was a moment I will never, ever forget.
For those who didn't get to see Tina Turner live, this is as close as they're going to get now. Sad, but bittersweet. Tina's legacy will live on in her music, her books, movies, and this musical. Long live the Queen of Rock.
Saw this last night; the best performance I’ve ever seen in my life (& I’ve seen a lot of shows.) The whole cast was great and she’s from another universe! PHENOMENAL!!!
Did anyone else notice when Adrienne called the young girl up (Skye, I think she said her name was) and she was singing, Adrienne was almost guiding her through it?! I mean, aside from giving a 6-star encore with an ANKLE BRACE and in heels, she was also helping Skye with her performance. No wonder she won the Tony.
It was crazy, I went last night again, Nkeki was "ill" ten minutes before intermission, and Kayla stepped in. In three shows, I've seen 3 Tinas, and Kayla twice.
BuddyBroadway I don’t think I’ll get to see Adrienne since I live in PA and can only do matinees and she only does evenings. I’m glad you got to see her though. How did you like the broadway version compared to the West End version?

@danielle7663 I got sick a day before the show. So, I didn't make it. I'm so disappointed. Hopefully, next time.

It’s been years since I’ve been so excited♥♥♥
Some of the most high energy choreo I’ve ever seen. Unreal
NickSquaredTV the curtain is faster paced than the london version. They amped it up for Broadway.

sis really out here with a brace on her ankle giving it 110% every time
she is an absolute champ and super nova.
And that's why she got the Tony!

Great that you got this must-see curtain call complete and in HD. Thanks for posting it.
Adrienne's not omly doing extremely fast paced choreo in heels and giving 110%, she doing with an ankle brace.
QUEEN
i’m actually crying this is so beautiful.. I love you Adrienne u goddess 🥺
This is the best curtain call I have *ever* seen
Just saw the show yesterday! So GREAT!!!👏👏
Got in and out of NYC just before it closed down for Covid. What a great show.

I got to see this with Nkeki as TINA! Amazing show!

@@dylansmith1833 West End version was more intimate, and faster paced story line. Broadway was more glitzy.
BTW, Adrienne is a MUST.
BuddyBroadway nice!
I'm exhausted!!!!!! And all I did was watch!!!! Saw the show in 2020...Awesome!!!!!!!
Ist it just me CRYING?😭
