    I returned from this hotel last week. It's a lovely hotel but has the WORST food i've ever had in a hotel anywhere....It is NOT 4 star more like 2 star food and the managment know i.. I heard loads of repeat customers complaining about how downhill the food had gone since covid.

      That's a real shame to hear Kevin! Do you cite post-Covid because when you came last it was pre-Covid? Or do you think the pandemic had a direct impact? I know food prices have rocketed here (the same as the UK) and there is a severe shortage of staff, but what would YOU attribute to the decline? Not being political here, just genuinely interested x

      @@benidormandbeyond2445 So i've never been before to this hotel. However I met 3 couples who had been before covid and after covid and they all said the exact same thing that the quality of the food had gone downhill dramatically since covid. They also said the management had been inundated with complaints about the food since covid but have refused to act in any way. In fact one couple even said that when there was a fiesta on and the hotel had to compete with other hotel food on the street (pealla) that all of sudden the quality of the food improved proving that they know they can do it... 4 star prices 2 star food and the management don't give a damn...
