It's impossible to confuse between nasi ambeng and nasi padang. Nasi ambeng usually consists of meat like beef/chicken, 1 veggie, fermented soy bean and accompanied by noodles. Nasi padang doesn't have noodles. It's like Nasi campur or the Chinese version of mixed rice where you have dozens of side dishes.
That plate of food looks absolutely scrumptious! I can tell you're really enjoying this huge platter. As you are keeping track of Sean's calorie in-take, why don't you bring him along to the gym? Can't just watch the food in-take, need to burn them too
