After getting off a float plane from our cabin my dog immediately went to eat some grass and threw up in the car on the ride back home. I'm thinking it's either stress (he always got himself pretty stressed out with excitement before flying on a plane) or motion sickness. So it's probably a way to self medicate.
There should've been a mention about the possibility of picking up lung worm - which can be fatal - from eating grass if they accidentally eat a slug or snail, or eat some grass with the slime on it
my dog LOVES to eat Verbena lilacina 'de la Mina' - De la Mina Verbena. it is course and rough and allows her to purge better than grass.

The panels are so over the top hyper by the way. There are some flowers and plants that are deadly to dogs not just from toxic chemicals. This show seems useless.
lol are these people professionals? i'm pretty sure that both cats and dogs both eat grass when they are feeling sick(in general not just the girls dog on the show) and it makes them throw up so that they hopefully throw up what ever it is making them sick or in hopes of making them feel better
are you a professional? my dogs eat grass whenever I walk them (every day) and they don't spew afterwards. are you telling me they're sick every day?
No that may be from your dog being exited or feeling the suspense (sorry I don't know the word for it in English) and eating the grass is something he may be doing do release the sick he is feeling bit he is just queasy or has butterfly in his belly but beyond that I am not sure for any other reasons unless your dog is ways pooping the runny poo and eats grass for same reason. He feels sick but is not.
dude, they said in the video we don't know definitively why dogs eat grass because no research has been done on the topic. "we don't know if they're eating grass because they're sick or in spite of the fact they're sick".
