CBN Family Mourns Passing of Scott Ross: A Lifelong Christian Broadcaster

- A longtime member of the CBN family has passed on to his heavenly home - reporter, host, and beloved TV personality Scott Ross.
Scott was known for his storied career in radio and TV, joining CBN from the early days of the ministry. More than that, he was a father and grandfather, husband to his wife Nedra, and a friend. On Friday, he passed into eternity.
Scott Ross is well known to 700 Club viewers for his many years hosting multiple CBN programs, and his always entertaining, in-depth interviews with Hollywood stars, musicians, and public figures.

NO! Scott Ross is not "with Him"". He was not a follower of the Savior. Stop telling lies. Nobody enters shamayim ( pw heaven ) but the righteous and that happens at the resurrection of the righteous at the last day. The resurrection of the Torahless (wicked) happens 1000 years after that. READ YOUR BIBLES!!! Who are the righteous? READ YOUR BIBLES AGAIN! They are not those who reject the words of YAHUSHUA (falsely called J-Zeus). My savior is not a Catholic of Babylon (the broad way that leads to destruction). Yahushua WARNS YOU TO FOLLOW THE NARROW WAY OF TORAH Mat 5:17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law [TORAH] or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. Mat 5:18 For truly, I say to you, until shamayim (pw heaven) and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law [TORAH]until all is accomplished. Mat 5:19 Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of shamayim (pw heaven), but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of shamayim. Mat 5:20 For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of shamayim (pw heaven).
There is none righteous no not one
I worked for years with Scott. He gave me a plant years ago that is blooming now. It hadn't bloomed since he gave it to me. I miss you Scott!!

I will always remember Scott Ross when I was a kid and listen to him on his own Christian show on Sunday mornings as he talked about the Lord and played music back then of Keith Green, 2nd Chapter of Acts, just to name a couple. He was catering to the young generation back and Praise God the door opened for him to go to CBN.
What a great tribute to Scott Ross, a great man that I remember him way back on the 700 Club! He was the guy that got more about "what was happening" & talked about it. So he kept things very current in the culture for the 700 Club.❤

So so sorry I remember when he covered 9/11 in New York I’ve never forgotten that broadcast where he spoke of one of the firemen finding a hand in the ruble with a family picture in it , I never forgot that

I remember him from my teens watching the 700 Club and other CBN programs, and even then I liked him and he had a certain spiritual glow even then. I can’t really feel sad, since he is with God now.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Scott Ross. When I was a teenager many years ago I used to listen to his evening broadcast, and it really inspired me that such a cool guy was a Christian. He saved me from nerdhood.

I did not know him personally only from watching CBN ,loved his interviews asking those deep questions you could see he loved the LORD and followed him.
He was one of my favorites at CBN- He appeared so sincere and genuine- I am saddened but he has earned a crown with our Saviour, so joy comes forever.

I just want to say that I am so proud of you Terry for laughing in the midst of your in the midst of your grief you truly do practice everything you have been preaching and talking about on the show thank you so very much I'm 40 years old I'm just now figuring lot of the stuff out with God's help and sometimes when God tries to help me I'm hard-headed I do not listen sometimes it's got to be my way or no way sometimes I feel that I have to be right nobody's right but me and I've got and I have to prove to myself and to everyone that I was right and they were wrong it sometimes that makes me happy so I don't know what you call that attitude but I'm working on it

I heard Scott speak when I was a young teenager at a youth rally. I look back on that moment and count that as one of the seeds that was planted in my through Scott's message to bring me to Jesus when I was 19!

I was so sad to hear of Scott’s passing. I always enjoyed how he interviewed people. He did such a good job! He is with the Lord now. My prayers are for his wife, family, and friends as they grieve their loss. ❤
Just hearing this news of Scott Ross passing into eternity. The big D is not death, but Deliverance into Jesus presence in heaven. Scott was influential through the ministry called Love Inn in New York in the 70s. Through his contacts he was able to bring new Christians in the Philadelphia area the new Christian music that was out there, but was not widely disseminated yet. Growing up in the 1960s the Ronettes was one of my favorite groups. Condolences to Nedra and all of her children and grandchildren. We will be singing to Jesus together in heaven one day.
