You seem to have forgotten the fact that Titanoboa is also a constrictor, it could easily have wrapped itself around the shark and started to attempt to crush and suffocate it. What effect that would leave on the shark I have no idea.

Even if a snake did wrap around it, not only would it not be able to swallow an adult meg in the first place due to time + drowning, the shark could just dive and drown the snake. If, on the 1 in a billion chance the snake manages to squeeze the life out of something with 50x more muscle mass, and does attempt to eat it, as soon as the snake took that first bite, it's either spitting out the meal or getting dragged down and drowning anyway.

Depending on how it used it's fins could turn on a dime. Also sand tiger shark can spin around in moments notice. If these sharks are similar to these sharks as well having additional fins can and would have better control. These things don't become this size and dangerous by being clumsy.
