Aden I’ve been playing every madden for since 2000. Im very aware of the turbo button. Do you have an answer that’s not obvious. Or you can you point me in the direction of some type of new information.
It’s scripting the game it don’t want you to have a big return also the game don’t want you to score or they want that drive to end up only giving three points especially on online H2H the game scripted bad you can win five straight and the next five games it’s design for you to lose it make people think it’s even honest competition when it’s not the computer helps the online opponents a lot it’s cheats bad it’s not a dumb madden thing it’s scripted I know football

Icon blocking or "power" blocking does work!!! And you can use it on RPO's or Jet passes to fool people into run committing which makes the RPO's more explosive.

I’m a really good madden player I would say my online record is 57-3 and I never heard of some of these tips like the curser blocking myth or the spam cover ball. first thing I do is using these tips when I play madden later. Thanks Eric

Saw a video regarding the run game, particularly plays to the outside, ID the Mike to the furthest defender to the side you’re running the play to....seems to work very well.
Could you do a video explaining the exact mechanics of rushing the passer as a lineman/edge rusher? Been playing madden my whole life and still don’t quite understand how it works in this one 😅 love the videos by the way!!
It you press LB on Xbox, you can "select the Mike* (shown by light blue icon) or something like that, and you can put it on any defender, and the attention will be focused on that one player/side more
Yo E. About your number 1 tip. My son showed this to me about a week ago..maybe from watching your post. In your example here Fred Warner appears to be confused. I think switching hands cues the CPU you may be changing directions when you change hands. Moving the ball back and forth may take advantage of that CPU cheat. Love the tips.
Could you tell the devs about the bad tackling by the defensive backs. They should not be able to make crushing tackles on running backs that are at top speed

That first tip, genius. The reason it works is Madden 20 is an Animation engine. So every event (like tackling) has a series of animations for it. you're locking your player into different animations, (the cover ball animation) over and over. That means the tackle animation isnt being triggered. 9th tip. You should have pointed out that if you motion wide outs durring run plays you can pull LBs out if the box and open up huge run lanes.
Also PI isn’t called in this game throw the other plays off their routes as they’re running, purposely run into them and slow them down then go cover other parts of the field

Question for everyone. I'm trying to rebuild the nfl as a whole so I downloaded a roster with all college players. Problem is their overalls for most are 85 and up I dont want the entire league full of stars from jump. Is there a way to drop overalls down to all players without going through each individual player and adjusting their attributes one by one or do I have to do it that way? I appreciate any help in advance.

I'm currently playing Face of the Franchise with the Denver Broncos ( 3rd season ) and my best WR is Sutton. My TE and other receiver are all rookies I think. Why the AI made these trades is a mystery to me. I really have trouble playing the ball deep or outside. Maybe you could make a video about fake plays or what you have to consider on playaction / roll outs
I play on the far zoomed out camera, and when they fake it, it looks a bit different so I can tell like 95 percent of the time. Not sure if it’s like that on other camera zooms.
Anybody else having the bug on Franchise mode where it says "view box score" on the game with a score already there? You play the game and when you're finished, it still says the same thing. The game you played didn't even matter.

Yes. But don’t turbo until you pass the line of scrimmage unless there’s a giant whole. The turbo button makes defender pursuit faster and you’ll get suctioned into tackles.
EricRayweather there was some AI enhancements. I’ve noticed the pass defenders breaking on the ball quicker. Especially in man to man. Test it out and let us know for sure. It might just be in my head.
I hate those dudes. Spreading your linebackers, pressing, and manually bringing your safeties down helps. Lots of small adjustments you can make depending on what exact play it is. Just make sure you don’t get smoked over the top of you press every play.
Het EricRayweather I play madden 20 on the xbox and my gameplay looks like absolute trash compared to this, and I've noticed it watching other videos too. It looks and feels like my Madden 20 is on a last gen engine
@@EricRayweather oh ok, ill have to try it again. The reason i ask was because the only success i had was when i put my CB in man coverage on the WR. FYI, these are some fire tips. Here's a tip you could look at also. The Superstar Hot Route outside Post Corner route is deadly if you pass the ball when the WR makes that inside cut instead of waiting for the entire route to develop.

Just a heads up. “Icon blocking” will tell a good player you’re running if they see it. You can’t select the o-line on a pass play.
This is true, but most online players won't know the difference. Only the top 1% will be able to tell.

In FOF there is a ability where you can’t get intercepted by AI. But FOF is against AI. That ability is overpowered
