    Thanku HiveMQ for making such informative videos, it really helped me and my friends. At 0:44 sir tells that MQTT features reliable communications over unreliable channels, what's the physical significance of this? Does this meant that MQTT communication will be proper even for poor net connectivity and less bandwidth. Pls help me with this doubt

      Hi Dhanesh, thanks for your feedback. Regarding your question: MQTT was developed with poor network connectivity in mind. This results in it having mechanisms such as QoS levels (and their guarantees) to help mitigate unreliable physical connections. I hope that answers your question.

    I couldn't not understand how openssl is used MQTT for secure communication. Can you please clarify?

      Hi Kavie, TLS can be used to encrypt the communication between all communication participants involved in message exchange

    4:40 entender específicamente la relación entre mqtt y tcp

  • @alfred2g
    @alfred2g ปีที่แล้ว

    Technically it doesn't require TCP.. it requires a connection based protocol, that could be TCP or any other stream based protocol, but not UDP.

    I just couldn't understand clearly the idea that MQTT is a binary protocol. What makes MQTT classified in this way?
    Thanks in advance.

    Can we send video frame over MQTT. forexample 25 frames per second ? or 20 frames per second ?

    • @DominikObermaier
      @DominikObermaier 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Adduino, great question. While we have seen folks sending 25 frames per second, this is usually not what you would do with MQTT as it's not a streaming protocol. What is certainly done very often is having Machine Learning applications running on the image producing device which filters out outliers that are sent to the cloud then. If you just want to stream video, a proper video streaming protocol might be useful for the actual data transfer and MQTT is usually used then as a notification mechanism (e.g. for starting or stopping a video stream). Hope this helps!

    • @Cordic45
      @Cordic45 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I try it before.
      It works, but there are other tools that are better for doing streaming, like Gstreamer
