    This was such a helpful guide! Using a hobonichi a6 right now but I’m strongly considering Jibun Techo Days for 2022. However, the techos halved into two is what’s holding me back… this gave a lot of clarity.

    This is great- thanks for sharing. I don't use Weeklies so this interests me. It's nice to see that Jibun is listening to their consumers to add more to their line. I wish Hobonichi would make a MEGA Day free with enough pages for one a day- that would be my planner peace.

      Im really excited about this addition. If hobonichi would loose the quotes at the bottom of the original techo...I think that could work for me too...so I’m quite hopeful about this one!

      @@2tinytreasures I sometimes log my day, sometimes not, so I don't think I could ignore the timeline down the middle in the Jibun. I just like seeing that companies are making changes based on consumer feedback. I think many people were disappointed when they got the Day Free and it didn't have as many pages - I feel like I need to buy an extra notebook to make sure I have enough pages, then I'm into the two book nonsense. That's why I'm considering going to Cousin and just ignoring the weeklies. Planner decisions!

      Victoria Hall i was surprised how skinny the Day Free is. Have you tried Stalogy? I really love it! It’s truly my first super filled journal. It really worked well for me this past year. Pretty sure that’s what is going into my hobonichi A5 cover for 2021

      @@2tinytreasures Nice to know you're thinking the same thing, and one of the main reasons I'll be buying Jibun :-D (thanks for sharing all your planners btw - it's super helpful)

    The DAYS is sold out worldwide.
    I bullet journal in a cafe notes b6 slim. The days seemed ideal with all calendars, lists and trackers. Looking forward to using it in 2021.

    Honestly I wish jibun would combine the jan-jun and jul-dec techos into one notebook 🥲 but I guess they were aiming for the thin techos

      2tinytreasures did you import them from Japan?

    • @2tinytreasures
      @2tinytreasures  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I ordered directly from Amazon Japan. They charge all fees and taxes upfront there and then ship directly to us.

    Last year I bought the Biz A5 but this year I am getting the A5 Lite Slim. I don't know how different it will be from last year, but I like the extra room the A5 gives me compared to the mini. I got mine from Vanness Pens in the US, so I didn't need to pay for international shipping.

    The THIN paper is Kokuyo's answer to TR paper for journals. It features a harder sizing which makes the paper more resistant to erasure (i.e. -- it doesn't crinkle as easily) as well as reducing the ghosting relative to TR paper. It is fountain pen friendly as well, but it will not show the same sort of sheen that you would get from TR river paper. IOW, it's designed to be a more practical paper over the TR paper, at the cost of some of the "ink showoff" features of Tomoe River paper.

    I wish they would make one with monthly, weekly and daily spreads. Sort of like the Cousin or Cousin Avec, but in B6 slim size. I may try using the daily and the lite together.

    • @2tinytreasures
      @2tinytreasures  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I had thought about that too since the cover accommodates a “system” and I don’t use the “life” book 📖 I could use the lite and days together.

    The DAYs looks so interesting! I use the Jibun Techo mini and a Bullet Journal, the DAYs seems like a good mix of the two. Also, I think the zipper pocket is an insert because I have the mini one. It slides into the back of the cover and adds 3 card slots and the zipper pocket. I've never seen an actual cover with the zipper pocket but I could have just missed it :)

    • @2tinytreasures
      @2tinytreasures  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You’re right about the zipper insert. I found it later. I’ll do an update with the setup in the new cover

    such a interesting development in 2021...I love the idea but I am not sure how I feel about the strong red line going down the center. I sometimes wonder if I created my own 'dream' planner would I be satisfied.....probably not lol. I can't wait to watch a plan with me from you ;)

    • @2tinytreasures
      @2tinytreasures  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I thought the same initially but think I can mentally got past it since I really need the timeline structure. Maybe next year they will make it more neutral grey

    • @00tlo00
      @00tlo00 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s only red on Sundays and Japanese holidays. (Blue on Saturdays and gray for everything else.)

    Hello there. Grateful that I got to see this video. Does the Jibun fits in the Hobo A5 left pocket?

    • @2tinytreasures
      @2tinytreasures  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, it does! I was surprised that it fit, but I tried it just now. If I have the Hobonichi A5 on the right with just one flap...then I can easily fit the jibun techo b6 slim into the big left pocket.
