I have notice at minute 1.26, that the handguard are made for a 2012-2013 model and yet your bike is a 2017 and it fits very well. The introduction of the ABS must have not change the handlebar set up. Thank you my friend for your detailed video. It dissipated the doubt in ordering them for my NC 2017.
Thanks for the video - I've bought a fair number of Givi products in 40 years of motorcycling and unfortunately did not watch the video beforehand. These are the worst instructions for any motorcycle accessory I've ever bought, and rank with the worst instructions I've seen for any product. The assembly is overly complicated and at the end, the handguards seem to be just waiting to fail. I love the NC700/750 for what it is.
Olá Tuga. Podes tirar umas duvidas?
Boas!
Abracoo!!
I bought the HP1111 for my Honda NC750X (2018) and the Givi screen. After installing the HP1111, the distance between the edge of the protector and the screen is not the same on both sides. is that normal ?
put today D1146ST with this handguards. when i turn handlebar left or right the handguarв rest to the new windscreen (( i think to cut a piece of windscreen and may be a little of handlebar. there is no another solition. fucking disapoint of Givi.
Am I missing something On the right hand side you unscrewed the wing mirror complete with the adaptor. On the left hand side clutch side you only unscrewed the mirror it's self leaving the adaptor in place . Is that correct ? . As I have the same bike as you and I'm going to fit some hand guards .
yeah, if you mean on the mirror part, in fact i didnt do the job properly. in minute 6:21 i should've have removed both nuts and not only one. On minute 2:35 i did the job correctly. I have been delaying to fix this... So both look the same. Problem with this is that one of the mirror's rubber thingy that covers the 2 nuts, doesnt go all the way down to cover them... hope i answered your question...
Tuga em Bristol That's nice of you to reply . Apart from that hiccup . That was a very detailed video , especially laying out the components in order of assembly . good camera angle as well . Job well done .
Tuga em Bristol do the heated grips need to be adapted in any way so that the vivid can be added? Basically, do the Oxford heated grips cause any problems?
@@TugaemBristol these wind/hand guards plus winter gloves do fine in the southwest U.S. desert in the middle of winter, at night/very early morning even. I'm sure English winters have a bit more bite though.

Did you buy the 3 lock washers inserted on the screw before installing the metal cap at the end of the handlebar? What mm size were they?
these ones are all provided with the new handguards
thanks for this! super helpful to have an instructional video to help save hundred pounds or so on garage installation. :)

Muy didáctico el video

Those are Oxford heated grips in the video?
Graeme Dunn yes

Graeme Dunn i didnt install them. And they havent given me any problems yet
Thank you sir!
Welcome :))
Nicely done. Thank you.
Thanks
Will these fit on the heated grips too?
This video was made with heated grips
@@tugainbristolgaming thank you
I’m getting a set of these for my street triple. I wonder how effective vs bare winter gloves you found them?
It doesn't protect you from the cold that for sure

@@martuuk8964 yes, im commuting to work, and early mornings, with heated grips, i stil get my fingers a bit cold :(
great help
Thank you Peter! Really appreciate it!
Informative video just a shame about the awful screeching music but that can be turned down.
Steve Westwater hahahah
the awful music is an error, please go back to narration, as you did so excellently in the previous video
I can't get the screws out of the bar end weights 😡
Baron Von Barm well i had no problems unscrewing them... maybe they are very tight?
be careful - the soundtrack can kill ya.
El vídeo muy bien, el producto givi muy malo para el precio que tiene.
Yo Javier es verdad! No real protection, and they charge a lot of money for a piece of plastic
Yo Javier thank you for your compliment :)
Pity about the shit music
