This trip begins in residential neighborhoods in Old Forge to the north of Main Street. At approximately 2:40 the trip turns onto Main Street going southbound in the direction of Pittston. At approximately 3:35 on the left side in the two story brick building is Revello's Pizzeria and Cafe. Their white pizza is one of the most delicious things that I have ever tasted. It has now been a number of years since I have been there, I look forward to going back there after this virus mess is over. Old Forge is known as the "pizza capital of the world". There are many Italian eateries along Main Street with delicious menus. This trip was in Lackawanna County.
My Grandmother 👵 was Born in Rome Italy 🇮🇹 but Lived on Henderson Ave or Street till she died in 1984. My other Grandmother 👵 was born in Poland 🇵🇱 and lived around the Corner on George Street till she died in 1962. Believe it or not the VFW Post on Main Street is named after my Uncle Sargent John Orzolek but his Military Records are in the Name 2nd Lt John Roslick of the 31st Inf Reg Bataan Philippines killed in Combat April 6,1942
Believe it or not I was born & Raised in Niagara Falls NY but I lived in Ols Forge Pa a few times in my life and the first day of School September 1972 I got my picture on the Front Page of the Tri- Borough newspaper 📰 I was with a bunch of Beautiful Ladies from High School & I was Passing a Joint in the picture and not only that one year later I played Hooky from a racetrack called Niagara Dragstrip and I went to an LRY Conference in Toronto Canada and on September 1,1973 I took wedding vows with a girl from Alaska her brother gave me Lanedra Carroll’s hand in marriage because I had a Draft Card for the Vietnam War and I wrote to Cathy Gelio and Debbie Parfetta about it but Christmas 🎄 1973 I was Psychoanalyzed by an intern Phil McGraw January 1974 and few months later I heard the whisper the girl 👧 in Alaska had a daughter and named her Jewel and the Guy Jewel Kilcher calls her Father in Public is the Guy who gave me his sister’s hand in marriage and I’m the Stranger from the East in Jewel’s Song Enter from the East and to this day I have not been allowed to know My First Born Child because of the Games her Mother and a girl from Niagara Falls that Nedra call’s Laura Gold in the Credits of Jewel’s second CD 💿 called Spirit and Pieces of You songs are all written to break my Heart 💔 all over again Oh I can go on but I’ll let you all call me Delusional like my family did in 1973-74. Oh on the Very Day Niagara Dragstrip went out of Business I ended up in the Special Olympics August 25,1974 all over Jewel and Her Mother and all I have are these two Gold and One Silver Special Olympics Medals 🎖 🏅 🥇

My Grandfather was born there also. His Father immigrated from Italy in 1922. His Father later died in a Coal mining accident in 1929.
