Ingredients For 1st Marination:
Chicken lollipop cut - 700 grms
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Hung curd - 3 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Ingredients For 2nd Marination:
Cornflour - 1/4 cup
All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Food colour - optional
Salt half tsp
Egg - 1
Oil for frying
