Reminds me of the discontinued Trask slip-ons. These have more interesting design aesthetics, but the double branding is gaudy. The sound IMO is better with these. They're not as loud as the shorter trasks, but they are loud and the sound is more tolerable. The Trasks are much more poppy sounding and can produce a much more aggressive sound.
How loud are these? I just got a Scout Sixty with Crushers and they are way too loud for me and my neighbors. I love the sound of these. If they aren't too loud I'd love to get a pair. I'm also looking at the 3 inch Bassani pipes. They aren't too loud also.
These look a bit shorter than the Crushers. In my experience a shorter exhaust will mean a louder exhaust. The diameter of these look larger than the Mav Crushers, so the tone could be a bit deeper if the diameter is large enough to offset the shorter length. If you ask me, the crushers might be sounding better than these. If you want a 'better' sounding exhaust IMO it should be something more like the Two Brothers two-into-one exhaust or the Freedom Exhaust Combat two-into-one (both very loud but nice sound). For a split exhaust I like Freedom Exhaust Radical Radius (untamed) or the Freedom Exhaust Liberty style designs (much more tamed). Keep in mind that changing to these exhausts changes the dynamics of the flow of air in the engine. Don't ask me how, but the why is probably due to the reduction in airflow restriction by opening up the exhaust. You should get your bike tuned after changing intake/exhaust so that the computer system can once again provide the correct mixtures of fuel and air.

Where did you get your fairing? '17 Scout 60 here. Viking bags, G-P slip-ons. Basically no muffler, but you need that in Arizona. I do love your sound and I've looking for a shorty fairing. Beautiful bike you have!

Sweet sound, and a perfect length exhaust. Those grenade slip-ons look ok and sound ok, but they're just a bit too short. 👌🖖

They are loud indeed. Haven't compared them to the Bassani yet, but I believe they are a bit louder.

Does the kit come with new bolts since one was too long? If not what size did you use?

@@karmadog4565 some of their bags are very pricey, especially the 347, which apparently does not fit 2023 scout bobber.

No, that was a cold start, but normally it fires up immediately

very nice sound but in my opinion it is nowhere comparable to vance and hines sound. the difference is way too much
