They are afflicted with this propensity to spend money on frivolous things as fast as they can get their hands on it, planning and saving for tomorrow is out of the question for some, as they cannot grasp the concept of fluctuations in the world economy and money markets. Sad to say, they are stuck in a time warp, where to them, the pinnacle of development is an eighteenth century type of village cooperatives, and as a result they will all be left behind.
I would like to ask If I am living at a business area a the ppl from the government do come in those area how can I get them money cause the last time I didn't get the 25000 dollars cause them never come in the business area and I have a house lot but I didn't start building yet but I put on water on my land how can I get the money and where can I the money cause that my problem
