It's a Dry Heat the Divine Glyph (Dormant)
Dom 8 || Turmoil 1 || Prod 0 || Heat 1 || Growth 2 || Luck 2 || Magic 3
Bless: Morale +2 and 4x Defense Skill
Bless is to help sacreds expand and help them hold the line for evocation mages
Turmoil 1 to get some bless points while still being able to use foreign recruit to pad numbers
Heat 1 to avoid population penalties in wasteland cap (Breath of the Desert can help put heat where needed)
Growth 2 to help gold income if I break into blood since Sahir have high upkeep
Luck 2 for more gems to help get summons (works well with Turmoil 1)
Magic 3 for stats on certain summons and to help research
