    Awesome job !
I am building my first drupal 8 site, and i am recently discovering the power of twig for designing every single piece in the template than i want override easily whit the help of twig debug.
I think than a little more of code, save us less plugins to load (more css and js code) each time we access to a diferent kind of page in the site. And again, Good job with this overview. Thanks !!

Hi, I am working on a fresh Drupal 8 install, with no additional modules other then the default activated. Is there a module required to be able to add fields to custom blocks? My Custom blocks only have block description and body.

Panelizer is the standard way to make pages in the Acquia Lightning distro, which means a lot of companies will be using it.

Are you nuts? -> www.drupal.org/project/issues/panelizer - Who has the resources to be careful about all this horrible top bugs? (Do not misunderstand nuts, I ment it in a friendly way) But still, your example has a mistake in it: Acquia has the resources to fix issues with panelizer and it needs selling points like the drag and drop etc.

Nice presentation. But no cons for Display Suite? I think the fact that it does not enable you to customize content on a per node basis is a significant con. While panelizer is still far from perfect from a usability perspective, i think it is much more powerful and flexible than display suite.anyway, thanks for the great presentation.

LOL - this is actually not a con but a pro. *facepalm* I think many people misunderstand the power of Drupal and its main feature set regarding admin big content and content types. Ok, if you want to run a blog, but, still, then you better use Wordpress or such kiddy toys. Not Drupal. Drupal is a framework on top of a framework. You can build big data apps with it. But running a big Drupal project needs a way to layout for certain groups like certain content types, certain user sections, etc., much more than for a single node. What else are the use of fields then if not for outlining them based on certain groups? If you just want to have 15 single looky looky pages all look different, you should consider using smaller toys. You can simply throw it all in the body field then and style it like you want. But for a newspaper, styling each artivle different?? Good luck ...

TBH, I am not a fan of web development tutorial *videos*. Whats the use of it? You can't easely jump back to a part or copy bits and you can't look at code etc. I will never understand why some guys are doing videos showing some presentation views and talking talking talking in circles. This is so useless and unprofessional. But whatever. Maybe I am born on the wrong planet.
