As a licensed cosmetologist of over 8 years, no not at all. Over washing your hair strips it of natural oils and causes it to dry out, and dry ends are more prone to split. Also if you color your hair, washing it to much causes color to fade a lot faster
Kawaii Llama if your hair doesn’t get super greasy to where it bothers you or makes you self conscious that’s fine! I’d say if you only do it like once a month, make sure you use a clarifying shampoo to get it really clean so it goes longer. And invest in dry shampoo :)
