Had a pair of guys come into the gym wanting to spar. They both had these headguards, brand new and expecting to keep their faces safe as they had white collar jobs. Guess who ended up with a terrible nose bleed? Both of them!

Danm, that sucks. I have this exact one. And got hit twice with a cross. My nose and mouth were fine. But I did get a neck whiplash.
My teammate, who wears a rival nose guard one, was the one with a bleeding nose.

I’ve had this head gear for 5 years. I’ve never had nose problems. The idea is to tie up the top of the head and the back of the head really tight. The strap under the neck should be secure but not too tight that way your nose and neck are comfortable

I am a beginner getting into sparring I was looking for a cheap head guard but my common sense thought head guard is to protect my face so I went and ordered the Fly Superbar X and I had a discount code as well so I got it for a little cheaper than the RRP so glad I avoided this one.😊thanks

Same like RDX for profesional boxers. Space between bar n nose is too small so bar hits the nose anytime u get punched in the face
