Electrical Blackouts, Bad Battery and Disco Chickens, Part 2 - Model A Mabel [S1 Ep7]

I was turned into a Disco Chicken trying to solve electrical blackouts and weak starts.
I can only tell you what seems to have worked. The problem seemed to be multifaceted. The added battery disconnect switch ran the positive ground to the back of the car frame. The original location of the positive ground was on the cross-member, and it also had a grounding braid going to the engine. Once I went back to what appear to be the original grounding location, (The A is new for me) the electrical blackouts stopped, and it appears to be working fine.
The battery was later deemed bad by the Auto store. Replacing that took care of the sluggish starts.
Now, I am a newbie. It all may have been fixed, or something else not in my vision was responsible, or it might come back to bite me again,
Time will tell.
