Love making crepes, and at least my family and I seem to think the recipes I make are pretty tasty. I like to go all out home made batter n such. My family got me a crepe pan not to long ago and i 100% butchered the crepes I made still tasted good but I wanna practice on the presentation as well as experimenting with flavors would be cool if I could start a crepe truck or work at a fair one day cus making em is an absolute joy lol
I follow the 3. 2. 1 rule. 3 eggs, 2 cups of milk, 1 cup of flour. The temperature for my stove is med. I have a professional gas stove so It will be slightly different for every stove. Also the temperature will be much lower if you’re using a Carbon Steel pan as they are thinner and heat up faster. I use a cast iron pan as they are more user friendly. 🌸

Where do you get the crepe wheels that spin ?
Need a little more brown…golden brown not white
What is name of that spinner
1. Too much batter.
2. Bad spinning technique.
3. Uncooked crepe, premature flipping.
4. You need to learn before you teach others.
good job
How many oz is your ladle ?
How to make that spinner
C'est plus une crêpes c'est une pâte à pizza
