Since being marine we were called grunts back then now there called jarheads I lost him about a year ago I say friends for ever because I was married I spent a lot of time out of town then the accusations began well my daddy taught me to never strike a woman as he did with my mom never laid a finger on her as I brought up my 3 cowboys never to do but many women ask me are you married I always say yes to my work ain't easy being a custom home builder it ain't all it's cracked up to me when I get home I want to relax instead there's always paperwork to do as estimates and pay roll a good man I am just don't have time for a social life it's how I ended up here I'm still trying to figure it out my friend lol

I really love this clip and the song itself and the way the simple four-piece band sounds and of course what Elvis does with it. In fact I like everything from this 1968 Comeback Special where they were in the round and he's sitting around with his old band just running through stuff that used to play, just like a back porch jam. And it's just so fun. And I LOVE your Elvis reactions. You notice all the stuff that I do as a musician and it's just so fun.
