I have seen 6 or 7 Pai videos for other folks and you are the first one to mention the temples and the grocery store. Respect you seem to be more interested in the local culture.
I am on so many Thailand Groups and channels and I never hear about Pai. It’s one of my fave places. Thank you so much for a beautiful video. I’m planning to come back
@@sergiosala amazing cant wait mate! I am planning to do digital nomad travel to Thailand and I find your videos as best place for all practical tips. And videography is great as well! Keep doing the great work.
I've been to Pai almost a dozen time and spent at least four months there. If you're a single guy who likes to party, but don't like nightclubs, there's a higher percentage of beautiful women to men. Great food, cheap rent, close to nature. The only downside is the price of tourist activities has increased dramatically. They really rip you off at the tourist waterfalls and hotsprings which used to be free, or around 60 baht. Now they charge almost $15 for a waterfall hike that takes five minutes. However, I still love it there and if you love nature, parties, great food and a smaller community you can't beat Pai.
Another great video. Definitely gonna head up there in Aug. question, how are you booking places so quickly? I was thinking of getting one main place in chiang mai for 2~ months. Then maybe booking a place say in Pai, Chiang Rai when I’m there for a few days, but always having a place when I’m back in chiang mai. Lol. didn’t know if you’re booking/staying a lot. I’m not experienced yet on finding simple inexpensive spots quickly. Lol
I spent 6 weeks in Pai over 10 years ago, loved it there, super chill and peaceful. Thanks Sergio for showing what it's like now. Your budget is for what length of time?
Best Pai video ive seen so far, the moment you showed the location of 7 11 and the lotus next door I knew this one will be detailed, look forward to visiting there in few weeks time, cheers
