I've always liked him, but I got more of an appreciation for him when I was putting together the mini documentary about Johnny Dollar. He really captured that role well!

He may not have been a "star," but appears to have been successful working actor. Mr. Bailey's unique vocal delivery made him very believable as John Dollar. Never heard of Bob Bailey before, but I pulled him up recently.
In an era of excess and vulgarity, the car featured in quite restrained - the 4-door version at least. Is it a Hudson? Later, a driver is shown disengaging the clutch before braking - appalling. Nice shot of a Catalina.
