Kadhi chawal KADHI PAKORA RECIPE - Chopped onion ,ginger garlic paste ,chilli,coriander leaves,salt,Dhaniya powder,Jeera powder,garam masala,haldi ,besan ,pinch baking soda . - mix everything well and make a batter of pakora . - Fry in medium flame till golden brown . - In another bowl add 1 cup curd ,half cup besan and mix everything well no lumps should be left . - Add haldi salt and water 3-4 cup and mix everything well . - In a kadai add oil along with ,mustard seed,jeera ,hing ,methi ,bay leaf ,ginger chopped finely ,curry leaves,ajwain and fry it for 1-2 mins . - Add the the dahi batter to the kadai and mix and cook it in medium flame keep stirring it . - cook till little gravy or depending on how much water you want you can add it . - once cooked add the pakora and cook for 5 mins in medium flame and close it . - For tadka take 1 tsp ghee add dried red chilli,1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli ,make sure the ghee is not so hot or the chilli powder will burn . - Pour the tadka in the kadhi and mix . MASALA ALU FRY - take a pan add oil along with jeera and dried red chilli and add the chicken potato - Add salt and mix and fry till it’s half cooked in medium flame. - Once the potatoes are half cooked add haldi ,jeera powder ,dhaniya powder,red chilli powder ,garam masala and mix everything and cook again till fully cooked in medium flame . - Cover and cook it in medium flame BHINDI FRY - wash the BHINDI and dry it before cutting. - After cutting it thin add ,salt ,haldi ,coriander powder,jeera powder , Garam masala and mix and add besan 2 tsp and little water and mix it well . - Fry it in medium flame till cooked .
