Felt this. If they keep it up as seasons go on and listen to us a bit I think it could be the best offline mode we ever had.
Can't say the rewards are good until we get a door or vault prize or ball drop after every game. They basically took those prizes and make us play 20+ games for only one now. They could also add agenda prizes for every 5 games won in Breakout. Great concept, but still not rewarding enough for the time spent
I disagree. The rewards on Breakout are mostly trash. Sure theres a rare chance for a deluxe pack but i bet its just as low as the odds of the agenda 10 box😂

With how OP the gatekeepers are after taking the middle portal, you should be able to play until you lose the 3 games and claim whatever rewards you can.
Agreed or at least count each reward as a loss
@@Mosballin this is the way. They don't want to give out too many rewards, and this would be the way to do it. Especially once we start getting cards that are equal or better than the gatekeepers.
I went up against 3 PDs and 2 Opals with an all ruby lineup for a bloody 90+ card. Shit isn't even fair.
Breakout is literally like a lottery. Does it have POTENTIAL for the best rewards? Yes. But the chance to get something good is literally almost 0%
Honestly this would be such a good game mode if they let you choose up to three prizes but you loose a life once you choose a prize, obviously you’d still loose a life if you lost but I feel like grinding out like 25+ games for a singular prize kinda sucks sometimes. On the other note I finished an entire board and moved to special and got a full throttle deluxe pack and got raja bell to come off the bench so it’s 50/50. I find it hard to wanna grind this mode once you’re max level 40, there’s no challenges you can grind for, and since you get no rep literally the only reward you get is that one reward from playing 25+ games
They need to up the MT earned during the games and I’m there. But I feel like I wasted my time every time I play it. Never got anything more then an 87 overall pack

The number of times I’ve played through the regular and warp boards to end up with zero reward because the best rewards have cracked CPU teams 😔As a predominantly offline player this is the most unrewarding it’s ever been. Yes, TT offline last year was boring but you could rack up MT pretty quick and pull some good vault/door prizes plus the deluxe packs had sellable players!
The rewards in this game are trash. Agendas should be done within an hour not 4. Rewards should be 25,000 not 250
Do you know what my friend was doing, he wasn't going past the first board. He kept churning out the attempts. Some first boards were garbage. But he has got more than one good prize. He thinks the more times you do it, the better chance one of the crazy players are going to show up.
I hate having to decide which reward to go for. I usually end up feeling like I should have picked a different reward. I'm a sucker for the deluxe packs.
2k needs to do something about that rep percentage! You could beat a freaking goat team and it goes up like 1 little notch! 😏🙄🤦🏾♂️ They need a 2x rep weekend or something!
I just completed a warp board for an 87+ Gems pack and I struggled so much, it was only on semi pro too but going up against PD Luka, Zion and Booker was so tough, Booker was way better defensively than he should have been and they basically never missed shots. Luckily I got it done on my last chance after switching up my line up, I ran the whole 2 boards with T-Mac, Seikaly and Brunson but switched out Brunson for Sprewell for some added defence. I'm unsure of whether the pack turned out a W or not though, I managed an Amethyst pull from an 87+ which is nice but I got Fournier out of it, he's a 6'7 SG and has great shooting stats and a good release but not really any defensive ability, I'll have to test him out a bit more.
Do the video showing you going through all warps. You already grind breakout like many of us and it’ll put it into perspective a little. Good video congrats on being a father bro and God Bless
I was doing clutch time to farm 4 pointers, best rewards for sure. 87+, Royalty, Deluxe Series 1s. They definitely should let us pick more than one, or buff the reward chances.
Hey Mos. Forgot to comment this in the KOTC video you made. If you experience delay that bad again something you could try would be switching to meter just for those moments. Mike Wang said the reason they changed the shot meter was because this one is supposed to be more consistent with the delay online. Not sure how true that is but maybe it would be an interesting video idea to test out that statement lol. Thanks for the amazing content!

I ve been playing breakout since the beginning. I tried all the difficulties, and i never even came close to any diamond. The best i ever got was 90+, and it was Gannis or AD, i forgot. I also noticed that rewards were the same, no matter the difficulties. You only sweat much, lol. The only reason to do higher difficulty is because they give you more challenges per game so you can max out reward points faster. I m pretty sure those screenshots with diamonds are Photoshop.
I know the person who got Scottie so I trust it. All the deluxe diamond pulls I know the people plus I pulled 2 myself. The Shaq is really good and has before and after screenshots. I think it’s too hard to photoshop those. The odds just probably aren’t that good. That’s for sure.

If it says “random hard “ “random medium” “random easy” then yes. If it says a team name then no.

What’s the best approach when I use the special warp and I begin on the new board?
Just rush to the corners. I tend to go the route that has my favorite game mode. So I prefer clutch first then full lineup then triple threat cause I zone out and barely play at this point. Just want the timer to end the games 😅 so see which you prefer and play it till you get to first corner and just go around type vibe

I went thru a "current" warp and got a 90 dana barros out a 90+ pack
In current all the games are vs current series 1 cards. Very easy
And a few games had current hidden gems
